Terrible service
Purchased a Gizzu 155wh portable power station on the 29/11/2023 for R2000 from Makro Pietermaritzburg. Had a power outage yesterday and when I tried to use my gizzu it gave a error E06. I have contact Gizzu who advised me to call the store where the item was purchased after telling me that it's probably a factory fault. I contacted the store and they advised that because the item is out of its 1 year warranty I will have to pay for the repairs. After sales service is terrible. Do not buy Gizzu

Worst bank ever. App and online aren't user friendly. Spent 30mins on the phone using my own airtime and my problems still aren't solved.
Recently purchased a new phone. Getting the app on my current phone has been an absolute nightmare. I then misplaced my card and put a temp block on it. Called absa on the way 19 May to sort out my app. After spending 20mjns on the phone and it still not being sorted out. The consultant said he would call me back. 24 hours later there is no call and my app isn't sorted. I then called to unblock my card on the 20th. Spent another 14 mins on the phone. Consultant told me card is unblocked.i have just tried to make a purchase and the card isn't unblocked. Definitely the most difficult bank. I am moving my kids accounts to FNB as it is much more user friendly and you don't need to call 1 million times to get simple things sorted. With all these security measures people still get ****med and accounts hacked so they are just making their customers lives difficult for nothing!!

Western Gap cover worst service provider ever
Submitted a claim through to western gap cover on the 1 March 2025. To date the claim has not been paid and they keep asking me to submit documentation. I have further sent them my medical aid statement showing a total shortfall or R5300 and I was told by the agent that I need to submit each claim separately they will only pay out the original claim that was submitted. Worst gap cover ever! Do not sign up! More than 30 days to finalize a claim and to date still no funds received.

BAD SERVICE!!
Paid my registration fee on the 28/2/2025. To date i have not been registered whereas other institutions like Mancosa register and open the student portal as soon as they recieve the registration fees. Do not register at this instituition.

Imile Logistics is running a mickey mouse operation
Did a shein Order on the 3rd December. To date my parcel has not been delivered with Imile. There is no way to contact them and no way to track your parcel. My parcel arrived in JHB on the 21/12/2024. BUt there has been no update since, on one of the tracking platforms it says that my parcel cannot be found. Terrible Service!!!!

Terrible workmanship
Recently purchased 2 pairs of Ray-Bans one for my husband and one for me. From the day I received my Ray-Ban I could feel the nose pads were not fine. After wearing them 3 times one nose pad is off and the other is lose. Worst product ever!!! For the price you pay you rather get a pair of Police or Chanel. How can a new product be so cheaply made. Darn at this point I would rather buy a paid of R30 pick n pay glasses and they would have a better quality. Don't Purchase Ray-Bans!

Joined clientele legal a few years ago. I've been paying them monthly but when i was time to get legal assistance they asked me to run around. I then requested a cancellation on the 24th July 2024. However to date they are still debiting my account every month. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS ****!!!!!!!!

products not recieved
Placed an order on checkers sixty sixty, i noticed that the order was taking longer than expected, when i logged back onto the checkers app i am told that the parcel was delivered. I did not recieve the order not did the delivery bike arrive as i was at home the entire time. I callled checkers sixty sixty hotline and i was reassured that they would call me back with information regarding my order. 1 hour later still no call, I take it that i hav lost my money and my products. DO NOT USE 60/60 They either deliver old mouldy smelly goods or they dont deliver at all
