Assupol has a very poor claiming system. After spending almost an hour on the call without being helped I decided to register the death claim via their email. No comfirmation was received. I tried to call again. Their automated calls are useless. It's day number 5 today without a word. I would never advise anyone to take their cover.
My Nedbank Cup final tickets refund please. You chose to ignore my emails now.
I bought Nedbank Cup final tickets for R600. The transaction went through but never received any tickets, instead they sent an email confirming that they will refund me. That was on the even of the matchday (09/05/2025). To this day I have never received any communication from them. I tried to contact them but in vain.
I ordered an Orlando Pirates jersey online. They delivered a counterfeit product. I immediately sent them an email expressing my disappointment and requested a refund. They never responded.
I've been trying to get a voice recording since last week after my claim was rejected, but despite daily follow-ups, I've been given the runaround and still haven't received a call from Andrew George Jansen, the person handling my claim. What's even more frustrating is that I was just told the voice recording was only made yesterday, which is a lie!! I made the request on the 4th of December! I would be still in the dark about the status of my claim had I never contacted Absa last week. The person handling my claim never and still doesn't bother to contact me. Why is it taking so long to get any meaningful updates from Absa, a company I've been a loyal customer of since 2014? Right now I feel like cancelling all my policies with you!
On August 19th, I notified Cartrack of a panic button issue, but despite multiple follow-ups, they only informed me that a technician was assigned to my case. Their seeming indifference to customer problems has led me to advise against using Cartrack's services.
I bought a Hisense dual Airfryer at the end of January 2024. The ovens started to show rust after a few uses. I always use paper liners. I contacted Takealot and reported but they declined saying I must contact the manufacturer. I contacted Hisense but they never rep**** to my email.
