TOTAL SPORTS MALL OF THE SOUTH
I walked passed Total Sports yesterday afternoon 25.11.2025 @ Mall of the South, decided to pop in just to look what was on sale. As I walked into the store there were quite a few rails with cloths on, not marked Black Friday or Do NOT TOUCH ! i looked at the clothes on one rail when a woman came up and approached me telling me don't touch the clothes ! I was so schocked at first, thought I heard wrong, Again she said DON'T TOUCH THESE CLOTHES ! I asked why ? it is for Black Friday, but nothing was marked stating for back Friday. I said what a way to chase a customer away . there was a lady busy cleaning the floors of the shop enjoying this very much laughing as the sales ladies basically making a fool out of me ! I will NEVER PUT MY FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN !

Terrible medical aid
My husband had his eye removed on the 04/07/2025. he needs a prosthetic eye and now medihelp is stating that the amount of R35k must be paid out of our savings options - as they don't seem to think that is necessary

Shoprite Cash n Carry on line sopping
I received an email to say that Shoprite Cash N Carry is now online, where you can buy and pay online. the email also stated free delivery with in 50km. I completed an official on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Got confirmation that order has been placed. I was suppose to received a payment link which I am still waiting for. on phoning the branch I was informed the the online payment system is not up and running as yet. So now I have lost 4 x orders all together ! very disappointing why do they advertise on line shopping and payment for free delivery if your system is not up and running, now I have lost out on such a lot of bargains

Horrible - cold food
Ordered Burger king last night 28.04.2024 though MR. Delivery When we received the Burgers they were ICE COLD _ TASTED HORRIBLE. On asking the Mr. Delivery Guy why are the food cold - he rep**** that that was how he got them from the store

Not a very good pharmasist
I went to Clicks Pharmacy @ Atlasville 27.04.2024 to get tablets. on asking the pharmasist for guidance regarding my mouth - white sores on my tongue and in my mouth. the gave me something over the counter yellow substance and advise to use the droplet and put it on my tongue which i did . the stuff burned the **** out of me my tongue now have actual blisters ! OTC 937401. I asked her for something for a blocked nose for my granddaughter which is 18 months she gave me Sinutab Tablets ! really since when do you give an 18 month old child Sinutab

Dirty, poor service
We went to the Mugg & Bean at The Glen Shopping Centre yesterday for Breakfast (5 People) What a waste of time ! waiters don't attend to you, you have to call them and ask them to take your order ! No Kiddies menu, had to pay FULL Price for kiddies meal (Adult Price) the Table that we sat at was NO. 20 when we lifted the container where the salt & pepper was in there were White sticky substance under the container smelling horrible ! I could not even eat my food I felt so sick. Called the Waiter showed him all he said was OHH did not offer to clean it even ! wasted R500! You will NEVER SEE ME AGAIN
