I am not happy with cashbuild Rustenburg for the bad service I received from them... On the 30th January 2026 I went to buy the building materials and spent R35256.45 to be delivered at Mabaalstad(kwa Phiri) .The goods were delivered the following Tuesday however after they left my builder phoned me on the 6th to notify me that they did not deliver the cistern universal blue. I then called them on the 8th to let them know and was told to call back on Monday because the manager (Sipho ) was off .When I call he said I should ask someone who will come to town to collect it but to my surprise when my sister went today the 11th she was given a different story.They insisted that they delivered. I mean how can I lie about to receiving something that costed R419 whereas I spent R35256. I then asked my daughter to go and double check if it was delivered as I am staying very far from the place and she.also.comfirmed that it is not there she even video called me to show me everything that was delivered. Cashbuild please I want my goods as I am not happy with you at all because now it's like I am making up a story..what am I going to benefit for getting 2 cistern universal blue? Nothing at all cause I only want the one I paid for.

So since I am very far i asked my daughter to go check on my behalf so she video called me and showed me everything that was delivered and the cistern universal was not there. I mean how can I lie about not receiving something that costed R419 whereas I spent R35256 what am I going to benefit from getting 2 cistern universal.. All I want is to get the product I paid for nothing more or less.
I am very angry at 1Life for *****ing my money from my bank account . A consultant called me late September 2025 to take up a life cover which I agree to their terms and conditions as everything she was saying made sense. However I asked her to start to debit my account from the 26th November but to my surprise they stole my money in the 24th October 2025. 1Life please listen to the conversation between myself and the consultant and refund back my money as we did not agree on October and after cancel that policy because I don't wanna deal with a bunch of ******.
On the 30th April I went to MTN walk in store at Boxer superstore to have my WIFI canceled. I returned their router as per the request on the same day and I was given the IRMS number and the 1-504***** number and the agent told me that it will be canceled with 3 days. To my supriised I received numerous sms'ses that my contract has been canceled in 05/02/2025 then the next sms said it's not canceled. When the agent check if it's really canceled in the 6/05/2025 tshe found out that it has not been canceled and she was advised to cancel it again and she got a new IRMS number and I got an sms that it will be canceled on the 05/62025. They debited my account on the 6/052025 I mean how can they do that when I know I canceled it in the 30th April. The next thing I am gonna try to reverse the funds and they will be quick to blacklist me with ITC.MTN please cancel my account with immediate effect and return my money cause I was not happy with your product. Don't claim to have called me because you did not...you only sent me numerous sms'ses
I am writing again because Hollard is refusing to help me with the money that they are *****ulently deducting from my payslip. I did not sign up to any of their policies . They are appearing on my payslip is the one that are deducting R123 since December 2024 but now they tell me stories that it's life wise. Who the hell is that because I don't even know what policy is it for . I am not alone few of my colleagues from my workplace are also in this dilemma. Please Hollard bring back our money and deal with those consultants accordingly because it clearly shows that they are reaching their monthly targets *****ulently.
Hollard life wise is *****ulent take money from my payslip(persal) without me signing or agreeing to anything with them. I dint know how they obtained my persal number. I reported the matter to their ***** department in December and was promised it will be canceled and get my money back. I don't know how many people are being de*****ed by their so call consultants just for them to earn commission by taking our hard earned money. From the school that I am working there is also my colleague who have been de*****ed and we have been trying to call them but our airtijust get finished without even been assisted. Hollard please don't be despair clients I am begging you and cancel that policy and refund back my R123 you have been deducting from December.
I bought lucky star tin fish on the 19 February 2025 at boxer supermarket in Zeerust. On the 23rd February there was a whatsapp circulating stating that the are 2 BB dates on the tin . Upon investigating the tins I bought I saw that the is a BB on the tin written 15/10/24 on the side of the tin covered or hidden by the paper wrap and on the top of the tin it's written 28/10/2027. So can Boxer supermarket explain as to why the are 2 expiring dates because it looks like they are selling expired tin fish and hide the old expiring date with the paper wrap.
I received an email on the 6th October from African bank that a payment has been made into my standard bank account and they even attached the proof of payment to sure that indeed but to this day I haven't received anything. I have been calling sending emails to find out what is going on but it looks like African bank is not ready or not willing to resolve or rather explain to me what is happening.
On the 6th October I received an email with a proof of payment from African bank that R402 has been deposited into my standard bank account and it's gonna take 3 working days for it to reflect which to this day I have not received it. I went tot branch to enquire and they called the call centre however the consultant by the name of Gladys Sisilane did not want to check where the money come from because I am calling from the branch. She aske the consultant from the branch to send an email to the finance department which she did. Few days later I went to the branch to check if the is any response and to my suprise she told me that she hasn't received any feedback. I mean if the was money due to me why am I not getting it and if the was nothing due to me why did I get that email with the proof of payment? African bank please reply to the email sent to you.
