BMW are selling expensive vehicles in South Africa without having critical spare parts available and order parts from Germany which takes weeks or longer to arrive. BMW also indulge in price gouging, charging exorbitant prices for critical parts that only BMW can provide. Replacement key/fob costs R32 000 and has to be ordered from Germany while an expensive piece of what is now just metal sits gathering dust
Takealot have had payment problem issues for days now, and the most frustrating and irritating part of it is that your order is simply canceled and when you try and place the order again the delivery date is moved to two weeks when it previously was a couple of days or less or the product is no longer available. It is totally unacceptable that it is almost impossible to contact anyone at take a lot and that they are making no effort to resolve this issue. I suspect this is deliberate as they either have no stock or cannot actually deliver by the promised date so payment is kaiboshed to solve their problem
The App is totally useless. Payment does not work and WORSE your basket is emptied each time. Wasted 30 minutes of my time. This is a recurring problem as the App never works
Avoid this business at all costs. A complete waste of time and money they do not provide the service they advertise and notwithstanding the grossly misleading and false advertising - they cannot and do not locate leaks nor can they repair them - they are outrageously expensive and insist on immediate payment. I would have given them no stars if that were an option. This business is basically a **** in my opinion
My printer stopped working and it is IMPOSSIBLE to make contact with this company to get technical support. Their Website is shockingly out of date and less than useless so I now have a VERY EXPENSIVE door stop. Shame on you and your MD. A reputable company discloses its contact details. Why are you behaving like a fly-by-night operator. I am really annoyed that I just spent a further R155K on Canon products as had I been aware of the shocking after sales support I would have run a mile. I won't make the same mistake twice. Be WARNED AVOID CANON AS YOU HAVE ZERO SUPPORT AND THEY HAVE MADE THEMSELVES UNCONTACTABLE IN ANY FORM
This business takes payment for online orders when it has no stock and you then battle to obtain a refund while they earn interest on who knows how many fraudulent sales
How on earth do you contact Discovery Insure? Their telephone is never answered and you are cut-off. Emails are not replied to. Why are their Claims Consultant's clueless about even the most basic aspects of insurance? They do not even know the difference between comprehensive insurance and balance of third party. As a result, my claim was 'discontinued' as I - according to them 'was no longer proceeding with a claim for repairs to my vehicle' What the hell??? Clueless and cannot contact them. Sigh, I knew it was a mistake going back to Discovery. Left them before because they are useless
Purchased a notebook online and payment whipped off my credit card. Later informed no stock - go figure. Now more than a week has passed and a substantial sum of money has not been paid back to me. Steer well clear of this online trader. Completely unethical business
Avoid this business like the plague. Hidden and contradictory "terms" are grossly and unreasonable., Contracts do not comply with the Consumer Protection Act and this business, in my opinion, is completely unethical. Take payment for "risk cover", damage your goods and refuse to pay but quite happy to keep the payment for risk cover even though they say it is excluded. This is tantamount to fraud apart from anything else
