It’s been two weeks since I submitted my claim for a motor vehicle accident. I follow up daily and daily I am told that someone will call me back and/ or that I will be provided with feedback, but nothing. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with any insurer. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Staff at NetCafe Pinehaven are incredibly racially selective about who to serve and in what order. I was seated long before two non-Black patrons, the waiter looked me dead in the eye and then proceeded to not only take their orders, but also bring their drinks before I called out to him to attend to me. ****** is so inherent they’re even blind to it.
Called in to cancel my contract, was told to pay the invoice and email my proof of payment to Early Cancellation. 4 business days later and still no response. Just received an invoice for the new month so clearly my request was not processed
Fast, efficient, reliable and friendly service. I took my car in for a cracked bumped repair on a Monday and had it back Wednesday afternoon. Truly ‘Express’ service. Nonkosi, my assigned consultant, kept me informed throughout the process, and regular sms updates were the order of the day. I would elect to my car my vehicle there any day.
Quick turnaround on claims. I had insurance with Momentum, but cancelled because of the premium. Two days before the end of my policy I was involved in a fender bender and submitted the claim. My claim was approved, repairs assigned to Proline Express Sandhurst (stellar panel beater - took just two days to repair) and received a courtesy car. There was never an issue about me no longer being a client. I would return as a client, but those premiums man :(
8 business days to fix a scratch is honestly bottom of the barrel service. It took a different panel beater 2 business days to fix an actual crack in my bumper. Automagic Roodepoort is pathetic
Nothing as unprofessional and disrespectful as staff who are on the job chatting to each other instead of assisting customers. We were waiting in the queue, the cashier at till 3 looked directly at us and then continued chatting to the packer until a different cashier called to us. Cosmo Mall PnP honestly has the worst customer service. This is such a regular and common occurrence there, it’s ridiculous
Disgusting service from staff. They bicker in front of clients. No one wants to work the till. Orders take forever to come out, and we’re all just waiting there while the staff have a screaming match with each other over literally ever last thing. It’s really appalling and highly disturbing
Recently wrote a review about a particularly poor customer service experience I had at the Woodmead branch. Waltons responded to my review almost immediately and my issue was attended to and resolved within two days. I was highly impressed with the quick complaints resolution process
