My car has been at Reeds Bellville for three weeks. No work has been started on it. Can't get hold of the people or proper feedback. As I understand my car needs a brand new engine. Car only has 68000 km on the clock. They just don't want to give a courtesy vehicle as my car is a 2019 model. I now have to struggle for transport. No sympathy or proper help. Maybe it will get better.
I spoke to Mwaka Siame in order to get a possible better quote. She was friendly firstly and very helpful. Gave me good advice and helped me to save money. Thank you very much Mwaka for your great help.

I sent two messages around 14 September 2022 to cancel my credit card. I dont use this card and Absa charges me R92 bank charges for an account I dont use. This morning I get a call from an Absa person asking if I want to increase my credit limit. Wow and this is after I asked to have the card canceled. I phoned and after about 22 min the person said the card is now canceled. Said I would receive an sms and email. Did not receive any of that. At Absa, we are committed to giving you exceptional service. This is what the message says when they reply. What you mean to say is exeptional and constant terrible and expensive service!!!
Try to cancel my subscription, but after many tries for the live chat, phoning and even Whatsapp I just get no response. Cant complain about the service, because there is none. Very angry.

I was on a weekend away in Caledon when a few minutes apart I got two sms messages for purchases of R2000 and R1300 in Shoshanguve. I dont even know where this is. To use this card I must present my ID. Reported it immediately on 24 Feb 2019. To date nothing has been done or had any feedback. On hold currently for 20 minutes and still no one has picked up the phone. It still reflects that I owe this money, but cant get it reversed. Very bad service.
I normally dont drink these fizzy tablets and not a big believer in general. Slow-Mag does make a big positive difference in my day. Energy to burn and much more focused. This stuff truly works.
I am trying for weeks now to cancel my contract with them, but no joy. Tried phoning many times and it appears the phones don't work. Sent an email many times and they do not send any replies. I tried being friendly for very long, but that did not work. Was promised though they will contact me once, but that did not happen. Really disappointed that I must get to this. If this does not work I will try and take the matter further after consultation with people that can assist me.
I phoned MTN on 19 April 2016 to change my contract to prepaid. Somehow somebody marked my account as a business account where I am an individual. I left an email and phoned again 0n 21 April. I have been on the phone for more than 15 minutes without any help. <br> <br> This is nonsense. <br> <br> All I want to do is cancel my contract and that proves to be almost impossible.
