Zimasa Yelani, claims to have a web and graphic design course completed by Boston City Campus, however, there is no record of that. He requested a deposit for a website, which was paid however no work was completed. He then asked for more money as he claims to have paid for certain things like a domain name. No website was ever seen, and Zimasa Yelani was not seen or heard from again. DO NO TRUST/USE. A ***** case will be opened to hopefully get my money back, however, dont make the same mistake I did.
WHY AM I BEING CONSTANTLY SUBSCRIBED TO REYCREO AND 'LEKKER' OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!! CALLED IN 7 TIMES OVER THE PAST MONTH WITH NOTHING BEING DONE ABOUT IT! CALLED IN NOW AND SPOKE TO LUYANDA NCOBO, HE TOLD ME THAT THERES NOTHING HE CAN DO ABOUT IT, ITS MY FAULT FOR REGISTERING ON FACEBOOK USING MY NUMBER, AND HIS SYSTEM IS OFFLINE SO I JUST HAVE TO WAIT. IF THIS CONTINUES, PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT, IM MOVING TO VODACOM STOP STEALING MY MONEY!!!!!!!!
Automatically subscribed to "Reycreo" WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Received SMS thanking me for "my subscription" to the Reycreo service at 10:07 AM on the 4th of July 2019. After NEVER being asked to subscribe to the service in the first place and the fee of R9.08 was deducted from my airtime balance. I then followed the same procedure for "Adrenaline Addicts " and "kickAss stunts" even though I had never subscribed to all three of these services. I called into MTN customer care- who firstly refused to help me saying I am not the account holder. After a long debate, the lady said: "there's nothing they can do about it, as I must have clicked on an advert while on the internet." and my airtime is gone but looks like alot of people are experiencing the same problem with THIS THEFT OF AIRTIME! I followed the procedure to unsubscribe and received the SMS confirming that the subscription was cancelled, on the 15th July 2019 at 7:19 PM AGAIN received SMS thanking me for my subsumption to Reycreo service and ANOTHER R9.08 was deducted from my airtime balance. This is flat out THEFT. I was not asked to NOR DID I GIVE MY PERMISSION for this subscription. This THEFT is not stopping!!!! I have not clicked on anything and I am really considering ending my contract with MTN.

There are so many people that are unhappy with your business and have resorted to Hellopeter! Have you guys done anything about it?! I spoke to a customer care representative who told me that they dont bother checking Hellopeter. You have really wasted my time and energy- how many times must the sweepsouth lady cancel and get reassigned( four times during the week off the scheduled cleaning and counting - eventually to cancel at 12:30am- without any telephonic notifications?! You guys then changed the time from 8 am on a Saturday to 10am- without asking or notifying me. Really really unprofessional! Just keep a look-out- they add on an extra R5 to every hour you requested when actually paying- This is not seen during the finalization of the amount. Scam artisits!
This is the 5th time you have let me down regarding a delivery on a specific date, the products are never personalized to the required specification AND at times, they do not write your message on the card so that the person does not know who it is from. DONT waste your money on this business, rather call a local flower store, that you can rely on!
In my experience, I would rather pay extra to get treated with some respect. After +- 8 call backs requested on the internet THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, I finally got a call back for a life policy ( after repeating my story to 6 different people on the same call, who kept referring me to someone different to apply for a policy) eventually the last lady said she will call me back in 5 minutes and didn't bother for the last 2 months to date. Eventually, I had to call in a favour from higher management to assist, eventually someone did call me and medical was done. The nurse assisting advised that everything would be sorted for my vitality that very same day. I called in to Vitality sales, and spoke to a lady called Kgothatso- who also promised to call me back before 5pm the same day( please find the voice recording of the call to confirm) OFCOURSE, she didn't bother. I called in the next day to speak to Kgothatso, around 8:30am ( as it has now become my responsibility to follow up on every single person who I have to deal with) , she was on another call- the agent who I spoke to took my number and said Kgothatso would call me back as soon as she is done- OFCOURSE the whole day went by and I've received no sort of communication from discovery or from people who promises to call back! Please cancel my policy, as I'd rather pay extra for good customer service and being treated with RESPECT- you cant find that at discovery!
Absolutely disgusted with the service of Game online. They make promises upon promises, and don't fulfill them. Disgusted and still waiting for my delivery!!!! The last online sales consultant I spoke to( Clarice) stated she will get the manager to call me but one of them didn't bother. Spoke to 6 people already, none of them can give me an answer or assist me! Game online promises 3-5 working days, Game on Facebook promises "7-10 days" its been over 10 days!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! Don't waste your time or your money here! Terrible service once you pay, then you can't get a refund because they are incompetent
I went to Eastgate Shopping mall last week Thursday in order to go to the gym, and on my way out, I put down my handbag in order to find my keys. I forgot my handbag and I drove away, it had many items in it ( such as diamond earrings and over R500 in cash), My fault entirely, I know. The next day, I realized my mistake and drove to eastgate to ask if any honest person handed it in, and alas no one did. I then went to security and reviewed hours of tapes to find two of STOPWASH's girls finding my bag and then looking through it and yes finding all my important things and walking away with my bag around half an hour after I forgot it. These girls wearing your shirt and holding "stopwash" boards did not hand the bag into security. Infact they took it home with them that afternoon. When the security called in the supervisor, and then the girls were called in, they denied it at first but then when they saw the footage, they admitted to taking the bag home with them. Their supervisor then sent a message with the security guards that I can pick up my handbag "tomorrow morning as they lady will bring the bag back when she comes to work in the morning" as she lives far away and she won't be able to bring it that afternoon. How is any of that my problem? I already wasted hours of my day at security, let alone the inconvenience of being there and not just being able to pick it up from the mall management. But hey, I cant inconvenience the girl that STOLE my bag, right? Firstly, did you guys expect that I will wait an entire day for items such as credit cards, my license and especially my diamond earrings??! I think not. Secondly, from that message that I received, she was going to be back at work the next day with no repercussions whatsoever?!? Way to go stopwash, I assume you guys are used to dealing with dishonest people touching our most prized possessions. I waited until close to 10pm for my handbag back, my money had been moved to a brand new spot in my purse, and when I mentioned that over R300 was missing, the lady who stole my bag started screaming at me that I am lying and she didn't touch anything. Her supervisor said nothing to the worker, even when she was speaking to me so disrespectfully and looked at me like I was wasting everyone's time, the supervisor rolled her eyes when I mentioned all the items that were missing. My diamond earrings were no longer in the bag and my late grandfather's chain ( that is worth nothing in monetary value but is invaluable to me ) was of course missing. I think what upsets me the most is the fact that I didn't even get an apology from both the person who stole my bag or the supervisor, I received a mumbled "hi" from the supervisor when they walked in and that's all that was said to my boyfriend and I who have been waiting at the security office from 3pm that afternoon. UPON contacting Stopwash head office, they apologized and gave me back R300 cash and promised me that they will replace what was stolen, I.e the earrings. All I had to do was give them the receipt, to which I had to request it from the store that I purchased it from. So I followed their request the very same day. Now Stopwash REFUSES to follow through on promises, in fact they made that promise to me infront of management at Eastgate Shopping Centre , but now according to Stopwash's head office, "it has absolutely nothing to do with Stopwash." I would definitely recommend staying far away from Stopwash, being those girls that constantly irritate you to wash your car or thinking that it is convenient to wash your car with Stopwash, but then you are sitting at security for HOURS to get your belongings back .
I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the way I have been treated by LeadHome. I was interested in a property and I've contacted the sales rep Lauren Spring numerous times, to no avail after viewing the property. Her supervisor Harry then contacted me once I brought this up. He emailed me on the 22nd September 2017, an offer to purchase and I replied on the 8th of October asking to meet. Yes I do understand that I emailed late, and I did apologise. It is the 23rd of October and I have heard nothing since. I do understand if the property was sold as I did take long to reply, however I would have appreciated if an email or any form of communication was sent to me giving me this information, however I have heard nothing until I contacted them once again today. I just received a call from Harry who was very rude and abrupt, and when I expressed to him my concern of not getting any feedback, he then proceeded to tell me that I am lying.I'm not sure how LEADHOMES treats their potential clients but I will not accept getting called a liar by ANY one of the staff members. After expressing my concern regarding him calling me a liar, he raised his voice telling me that it was all my fault ( for what I may add?) I do understand that the home may have gotten sold in the time I took to make an offer, however all I requested was an email letting me know instead of my emails to said rep ignoring me. I contacted the rep Lauren on the following dates - 11/09/17, 12/09/17, 22/09/17, 17/10/17 and I have heard NOTHING till today. I'm really disgusted in the way Harry treated me today, I have NEVER been disrespected in this way before and I want to warn people who want to sell their homes, to NEVER GO TO LEADHOMES!!!
I'm usually not the kind of person to write a review about a business, however I feel if I didn't, it would be a huge disjustice. Long story short, Renew it Greenstone ( stay far away from this company) messed up a simple repair job, where my car came back with new damages, peeling paint and so many other issues you will be here all day reading about it. Not just the repair job but the customer service was absolutely horrible where they ignored me for hours when they called to tell me to pick up my car 8 times after messing up the repair job. My insurance company then sent me to Global Autobody, as Renew it couldn't fix what they had done and honestly it was the best decision they have ever made. Dean, who is the owner treated me with nothing but respect and courtesy! It was absolutely refreshing after having to deal with all the drama that came with Renew it. The staff there were professional, let me know what was going on with my car and what came next left me speechless. I had to drive down to PMB in an emergency on Thursday morning( 05/10/17) and Global had lent me a courtesy car. My car was scheduled for completion on the Wednesday, but when they were cleaning, they found overspray all over the seats from the previous work that was done on my car from Renew it. Global did not want to release the car to me in that condition as they attempted to remove all the paint. Global then offered me a new car to drive down to PMB as to not deter my plans. I was unable to swop courtesy vehicles as they requested as I was working late Wednesday. Dean told me not to worry, as he would drive all the way to me so that I could get a new car to drive down to PMB. My work then ran abit late but this didn't phase Dean, he waited for me until I got home at 7:30 that night. In the midst of losing a patient that night in theater, Dean went above and beyond for me, even when it was not his duty to do so. My car definitely came back 100x better than it did going in. Dean and his staff were absolutely amazing to work with, and I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to him the first time to save yourself time, energy and tears that come with working with any other repair shop.
