Check your balance at all times. I have noticed this for a while now. Deductions more that what they said they were going to charge. Basic example from today as I witnessed it first hand. I had R144.68 in my account prepaid loaded, booked in two deliveries for R69 each with no extras and now they say my balance is R0.00. I have been wordering why my prepaid/ pre loaded amount is reducing fatser than expected and they havent allowed me to downliad invoices from last year. Now i know why. Watch your account closely.
Johan Gouws commenced employment with Khewija in October 2021. His initial responsibilities included preparing documentation and procedures for an audit, as well as establishing the analyser department from Sasol to Khewija. Despite working diligently and securing a project contract by April 2022, Johan faced ongoing challenges, including delayed payments and unmet promises from management, notably Themba Mabuza and Jesper L****n. Johan's salary, initially set at R83,526, was inconsistently paid, with significant discrepancies occurring, such as receiving only R17,222 in May 2022 without explanation. Despite assurances of pending payments due to client issues, Johan's salary remained unpaid, exacerbating his stress, which was later compounded by a diagnosis of lupus in January 2023. Despite efforts to engage with Khewija's HR department and management regarding his situation, including discussions about disability benefits due to his health condition, Johan's concerns remained unaddressed. Tragically, Johan passed away on March 5, 2023, without receiving the owed compensation. Furthermore, despite his passing, neither Themba Mabuza, Jesper L****n, nor Lavhelesani Dladia of Khewija reached out to Johan's family to offer condolences or address outstanding issues. Despite efforts to seek resolution through legal channels, communication from Khewija remained unresponsive. This situation highlights concerns about Khewija's employment practices and treatment of employees, with allegations of delayed payments and lack of support, ultimately resulting in a distressing outcome for Johan and his family. Such practices raise questions about ethical standards within Khewija and its relationships with its clients, including prominent entities like Sasol, who may indirectly condone such treatment by continuing to engage with Khewija despite awareness of these issues.
sold my motorcycle in Oct 2023, told me stories of it being in the process of being sold, or it's in for paintwork which is why the bike isn't there... Dec 2023 I found the motorcycle standing on someone else floor and this dealer paid the full amount already. It changed hands twice since then. including him handing my bike papers to the buyer. All of a sudden he started paying the money... still 35k outstanding and had to open a police case of theft and *****. Just waiting on a case number now from the police. 100% would not recommend it.
Always a great experience, they have never disappointed and give great communication.
yes they ****** people, i asked how much this is costing they gave me a 200 callout fee and fixed it while i waited for the quote and charged R4438.83 for the fix. I asked what they did they explain and said they put in special 10 pin anti-lock picking locks. i quickly googled and asked are you sure you replaced it with a 10 pin anti-lock picking locks and said yes and showed me one from his tool box so I asked him to open the lock he just closed into the gate. he oopens it and its a freaken padlock... he wanted to charge me 4438.83 for a padlock that cost R45(i googled the padlock its not a 10 pin anti-lock picking lock its a 38mm jaguar padlock) in the store... i understand markup and work done costs but no way this is ethical since he **** about what he installed. so he refuses to open the second front door lock. its damaged. he bent the lock so badly it doesn't open or close never mind lock. The guy got instant to pay and drop his price down to R1224.18 at this point i was so upset over the lying and work ethic i just said come fetch you padlock and i will pay the R200 call out fee. so far he has not responded.
Delivery is never in 60 mins. Probably more like 2 to 3 hours and they change the time I order it to make it look like I ordered it later.
Yeah so basically this place is a scam. I ordered stuff, they said it's on the way. never arrived, called for a refund after 3 months of not getting my stuff and they promising it coming.. no refund either.
linked to a company called garden goods number and email on their website doesn't work. the number on garden goods is a cell number and they ignore your calls once you ask for a refund.
2 months later still don't have my tree and they now don't pick up the phone. this company is a scam.
Great Service! she was absolutely amazing, self-sufficient and great with ironing. Thank you, Thobeka Dube!
