I was involved in an accident with a client of discovery insure. The client failed to stop at a T junction and drove into my lane whereby i crashed into him. According to discovery, its the clients decision whether they should settle the claim or not. Discovery admitted over a telephonic converstion with me that the client has admitted that he drove infront of me causing the accident yet discovery refuses to pay and till date did not send me a claim rejection letter. Incident happend 25/11/2023.
Returns only have one personnel assisting. Standing 4th in the queue more then an hour.
I had a geyser related claim. I lodged the claim with Budget and my claim was being processed by Janine Johnson. She phoned me on regular intervals and kept me up to date. She continued with her good service until the plumbers were done and everything was completed. Thanks Budget and Janine for your great service.

I recently made use of takealot.com. I placed an order for a Red and white Diaper backpack, which were as advertised R299, upon delivery i noticed that the item deliverd and the item purchace is not corresponding. We then notified takealot.com which they replied that it was the wrong photo with the advert. We then went back to the advert which clearly states what item is being sold and followed by the photos. And the item was then listed as 'dealer out of stock'. So i see this as false advertising and my family and i will not purchase anymore from this fraudulent company.
Made use of 'WeDrive' service over the weekend. From the phone call right to the end i got great service. A gentleman Thato Moiloa where the driver. He was friendly and pleasant. The operator kept on calling to keep us informed and updated. Thanks Miway for your great service.
I have been trying to get hold of all 3 their branches. None of the numbers work which they have on their site. I have also used their email address on the site and it also does not work. I think for a big company as full throttle its unexceptable
