Be careful about becoming a donor to this organisation as it seems almost impossible to cancel a donation. there are no email addresses on their site, only a contact form to donate to them. In other words, once they have you in their grip they do not let you go. The payment gateway is unable to assist. if I even had second thoughts about continuing to donate to this organisation, finding that they made no provision for cancellation would really put me off
Thumbs down to Momentum Insure for editing my profession. I am an admitted attorney working as a company secretary in my so-called retirement. I spent a number of years studying and have over 40 years' experience. Momentum's staff however demoted me to a secretary. Not for them to edit what the broker sends through. Lack of professionalism is becoming pervasive at Momentum.
City Power has a long list of areas that are without power for extended periods of time - failing to come back on after load shedding. I believe some areas have had to wait 4 days for attention. At present we have been without power for 21 hours (and counting). The Mayor and Chief Executive Office should advise the residents of Johannesburg of remedial plans in place to address the ongoing delays in resolving issues relating to the supply of electricity. Load shedding is causing sufficient damage, but the city’s inability or unwillingness to implement steps to provide continuous service requires explanation. The decision by City Power to work only day shifts is compounding the problem. Joburg is NOT a "World class African City"
The list of areas without power for extended periods of time is constantly growing. Some areas as much as 4 days. Parts of Block 16 without power for 20 hours (and counting). Lods are closed without resolution within 12 hours. City Councillors unable to get updates or anticipated dates of resolution. Please provide the residents of Johannesburg with remedial plan to resolve the ongoing delays. Disappointing response from FNB. Received an email advising me to update KYC details for FICA purposes - was clearly a scam attempting to extract personal information. Informed Private Banking (so they would be aware of the scam and could take appropriate action to warn clients) and was given the telephone number of the department to call to find out what documents were required for KYC purposes. Clearly my email had NOT been read and FNB merely responded to the reference to KYC. A second compolaint was fortunately picked up by another agent who checked my profile, ascertained there were no outstanding documents - which I knew. But this second agent (Neo by name) then listened to and took note of the potential scam being reported. The actions of the first agent were however not good enough FNB - when clients take the trouble to alert you of a scam, collect the information and determine whether there is an issue. Do not fob them off.
Have been receiving continuous emails which are part of a scam. advising that a parcel is waiting to be delivered but there is a small amount to pay (under R15.00). When you follow the link, it takes you to a screen where details of your credit card are requested. Clearly a scam. I reported it to SA Post Office - so they are aware of the scam. Received a response within 24 hours (and an apology for taking so long to respond) from customer services. Well done Post Office. Not usually my favourite institution, but this was extremely prompt service.

Have been trying for 2 years to get Momentum to look into a tax directive issued in about 2018 which does not match the info that SARS has. The consequence is that I am unable to submit my tax return...! trying to find someone to Momentum to assist with my query is proving to be an almost impossible task!
Same day delivery - been meaning to place the order all week, but life got in the way. Netflorist delivered my order and saved my bacon ... and embarrassment.
