Disgusted in the customer service! For a R75.48 arrears Communicare has for a long time not been the company for low income earners, not the company for the people. This is a clear representation of management and owners. It always starts at the TOP!!! The disgusting and disrespectful responses towards tenants and scare tactics they use is just distasteful. Email from consultant to senior citizen: "We have a lot of senior citizen that accounts is up to date without any issue, being on Sassa is not an excuse to be behind on rent rules apply to us all and I am following the procedure as set out in the lease agreement." This is a little snipped how consultants respond to tenants, insinuating that people are using being a pensioner and on SASSA as an "excuse" this is how they handle business via their customer service office. Not forgetting the scare tactics they use towards seniors by forwarding letters stating that eviction will take place if amount is not paid in 7days. DO BETTER!!!

I've been waiting for a promotion and today i see that they put the tv bracket double arm full motion (specifically) on PROMOTION FOR THE SAME PRICE IS HAS BEEN FOR THE LONGEST TIME. SERIOUSLY!!???
I AM FURIOUS WITH TELKOM AND THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have had my contract with this place for 3 years and they have not taken their payment and now i have to pay all sorts of penalty fees and no one can help me and no has answers. I AM DISGUSTED IN THE SERVICE THEY RENDER!!! I CONSTANTLY NEED TO CALL AND NO ONE NOTIFIES YOU OF ANYTHING!! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER TELKOM AND STOP STEALING OUR MONEY
I emailed Contiki and called them several times to no avail from consultants about what will be happening with the tour that I booked for end Jan 2020 with regards to COVID-19, they said that they do not have any information at this point which was 2 months ago. I have been calling them everyday this week and remain on hold for 20min or more at a time. Is anyone able to reach them??? to clean the mess that STA Travel ha caused??!! I would appreciate it if someone could get back to me. A.S.A.P!!!!
I am very unhappy and not satisfied with the service from FNB. My money was once again deducted (fraud) and I am constantly the one that needs to call a bank that is suppose to keep my money safe. This is unacceptable as I have not given permission for the several deductions that went off without my authorization. FNB IS NOT KEEPING MY MONEY SAFE I need this situation to be set right IMMEDIATELY and I don't want it occurring again. I do not even want to bank with FNB any longer and I've been banking with you since I was 16 years old. I need some one to get back to me a.s.a.p.! I DONT WANT TO WAIT DAYS FOR MY MONEY
I had the worst experience a few minutes ago with one of your drivers. I have had bad experiences before but not to this extent. The driver was swearing at me as I came out my complex gate claiming he has been waiting for 20min when I requested the cab 2min before he got there. His car was filthy, and there was a beer bottle under his seat. I have pictures. He never apologized after I called him out on his lie.
Good day Hisense, I've had my phone for just over a year now and 6months into have this phone I started to experience problems. I purchased the phone via Game (CBD) however they never saw the urgency in assisting in a timely fashion. They took in my phone but never sending it to Hisense Repair Centre which happened on 3 occasions. Therefore I later decided to take the phone directly to Hisense Repair Centre Milnerton Cape Town myself. The phone has now been in for repairs 6times with the same problem(s) constantly occurring. I was called in last month notifying me that they will credit me only to receive another call that the Manager has changed his mind and will only service my phone again. I expect better service from your reputable brand, you are quick enough to sell me the phone but where is your after sales service?
