My sim card has not worked for two months each time i call i get told one story after the other, today it was worse the person that took my call requested for my credentials then made me wait a bit white contacting whatever then he hung up the call. They are the first once to debit yet i have been waiting for a working sim for close to 3 months now
The Employee benefits dash board gas been saying "the member zone is temporarily unavailable " for the past three months. Can the intellectuals at discovery please explain what temporary mean in discovery terms coz three months CAN NOT be temporary
We submitted claim documents after my dad passed we got send from pillar to post n eventually got told that all the documents were on order. Waited forever to get feedback only for them to say claim was rejected in limpopo war have to call Johannesburg to find out the reason. Called n got told there is no rejection reason they will get back to me on a few minutes those minutes ate now days still no feedback n each time I call I get send from pillar to post. If this is how you treat ur deceased client's families after they are no more then better not have policies because from day one the treatment we got was appoling n really pathetic

I thought finchoice was in south Africa but after this encounter I doubt they are coz since Monday I have been waiting for feedback. Based on the none response I guess their 24hts hasn't passed since Monday. As I wait for their 24hrs from whatever country or world they are in
I called to enquire about investment options for benefits boost, this lady just hanged up the phone. I am still in shock coz the lady from investment helped me so nice then transferred me to employee benefits only to have the phone dropped in my ear. What they dont get is that they are not my insurer of choice and they can never be, I tolerate them cause my employer chose them. so please their staff be nice coz i for one can not stomach anything discovery related just they are forced on me
Nonsense!!! I bought myself 30k worth of trash. The P60 is useless and u usable. I took it in for repairs imagine sending a week old phone for repairs. Any way it came back much worse than when it went in n guess what Huawei is not bothered coz regardless of me still complaining about their piece of junk they said nothing.

This company think they are God. I mean government made the announcement long ago that people can withdraw from the 1st September but the mighty n holier than though discovery decided to chose their own date. They are forgetting that most people did not chose them as their policy holders n will never chose them even if paid to do so.
