I was another sucker that was ****** by hyperli. Their mystery gift is a absolute **** and they should be investigated for ****ming people. If only I had read the reviews before I had purchased then I would never have paid. My question is how are they allowed to carry on and not being stopped by consumers councils. Hy

I purchased 2 spa vouchers from Hyperli on 3 May as a birthday gift. To date, I have not received the vouchers at all. I have submitted 6 queries their contact page, sent 3 emails to support, and even requested an email address update to ensure delivery, yet I have received absolutely no response. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Not only have I been ignored, but this has also ruined a birthday gift I had planned for today. I am still waiting for either my vouchers or a refund. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Hyperli to anyone. If i could give 0 stars this would definitely be it. I expect urgent feedback and resolution.

I purchased 2 spa vouchers from Hyperli on 3 May as a birthday gift. To date, I have not received the vouchers at all. I purchased 2 vouchers which I did not use and ahead of their expiration date, I emailed asking for a refund with their policy. It’s works out to upwards of R1000 and they still have not responded to a single email and I have not received any communication after all these months. The next step here is the consumer goods Ombudsman, I’m about to pull my petty Pete out here because these people are completely nonsensical!!! They have no idea what it is that I have to do to make the money that I earn and think that they can ***** it from me. NEVER!!!

This is difficult. Normally Hyperli is great and you do get whatever you paid for or ordered. However ,I bought two of their "surprise lucky packets"? I think they were about R375.00 each. The one was ok I received goods to the value of perhaps R450.00. Of course I never expected the iPhones/ tablets etc, I never received the other, and after having contacted them a few times, and I do know they were having a problem with their suppliers, I told them to just forget it, Their suppliers obviously needed the money more than I.

Order #696050 Why do you always come up with excuses when you have to refund people??? Please supply me with proof of when we redeemed this voucher as per you respond. Obviously the restaurant should have the printed voucher, or pre-appointment email for them to prepare for us or the date we were there because it's quite shocking that when I cancel the vouched the voucher on your system on the 04 March 2026 it allowed me to since it was never used nor us been in that restaurant nor even know where it is.

I bought a Spa voucher, upon redeeming it the merchant canceled on me citing landlord issues. I tried to rebook again with no luck. I requested Hyperli for a refund, I did not have a problem with a hyperli voucher as I could use on future buys. I have been waiting to this day. It has been escalated to the supervisor for months no responses on follow up. I'm so disappointed

Bought a voucher for a day spa for 2, made a booking at spa. Went to spa nobody was there long story short, they said they would tell a Hyperli to refund me. I contact Hyperli they said it’s not their problem as the voucher says redeemed I must go and sort it out. You are a **** Hyperli .
