I did two quotations one for life insurance and one for short term with Outsurance and both were equally informative. The two consultants really were present and paid attention. Excellent service I was not able to take the policy however they were both not negative and prompted me to try again soon . Happy to also be receiving the R500

Customer service at Outsurance, EFILWE SEDUMEDI attended to me, she was awesome when attending to me. She was patient, attentive, friendly, open to me talk, and very helpful. Where she did not have an answer, she asked and got back to me. she was talking to me as if she knows me, taking interest in my needs too. Keep this lady she is genuine in her service. I would rate the company 10/10. T o achieve this, a lot has to be in place for the employee, systems and employer.
