Good day, To begin with a positive note I would like to say the clinic is very neat and clean. This is the first time I went in with my mom to get her medicine that they normally deliver to her home. She has not received her medicine last week. She called several times and no answer for days (office and cell nr and found afterward later number has changed), yesterday she got a hold of someone, who said her medicine is ready to collect at the clinic. They said she should have been notified that from 1 December no more deliveries. She has received no such message or information. I took her to the clinic and went straight to the pharmacy to pick up her medicine because it was ready for collection as they said over the phone. As we approached the window and spoke to the lady, she was very unfriendly and prompt and said my mother must wait. So I had to leave her there and my husband had to go back and pick her up. She waited a while and then received her medicine. This was unnecessary and inconvenient where as they could just hand her medicine to her and she could leave and not sit uncomfortably and wait unnecessarily. Why would you tell someone to come and just pick it up and then just let them sit and wait? In this life, there is difficulty and so many are struggling that friendliness, help, and comfort are what we need. If you are in the profession of helping and assisting people you should show the fruits of that service. Day to day all of us must help others and put them before ourselves. What you sow is what you reap. Be thankful always and in everything.
My tax was submitted and payment should have taken place end of last year and I am still waiting for payment. After my consultant submitted all the documents and information they needed a payment date was given (takes 21 days) and this passed and another payment date was given (another 21 days), it should have been paid on 15 November, and still nothing. My consultant lodged a complaint and I am on the phone with SARS now 12:10 on 30/11/2022 and still holding on and holding on. The lady Lilian said it is going to take 21 days again to have a look at the complaint, this is the third time a time period of 21 days is given. She mailed Management to give me a callback. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
The service at Value Centre Tygervalley was not at all sufficient. When you call they are not willing to look for a product or be helpful.
With my operation in May the drs and staff were very helpful and friendly. The gynecologist Dr Gazadi (not sure about the spelling of the surname) and the surgeon Dr Moodley did a great job in the whole process and the operation I had to go through.
I just called The Value Co in Tygervalley (next to McDonalds) to find out if they have a specific item ( I did see it there wanted to know if it was in a specific number available) in the party section. The chinese lady that answered the phone was not helpful at all keep saying she is going to a meeting and I must call later or come in and look myself. All I wanted was for her to check if there is one item, do not want to drive there and there is nothing. Petrol and time consuming. I asked if she could just ask one of the personnel to go and have a look. I made the call and it is my time and money while waiting and asking for help and no help is given. I just wanted someone to have a look and tell me if the item is there. She didn't even ask for my number so someone can call me back. She is unfriendly, unhelpful and very bad service. Not reflecting as good customer service. Anyone in a leadership position or manager must be client-friendly and assist over and above what is expected of them.
Hi to all the personnel at emergencies as well as Hall 4A I think, that assist my Dad who cannot speak or tell you what is wrong or how he is feeling, they were very helpful each time I called and asked how he is doing. He went to the hospital after Christmas because he needed intravenous nutrition. He went in the Tuesday and came out the Wednesday afternoon. People matter and treating them with utmost repect and importance is a great value. Keep on moving forward!
We have visited there several times to go ice skating or watching a movie. We booked the latest movie Spiderman online and then when we got there, the row was so long, some of the machines not working to get your ticket. And then you have to stand in the long row to get your pre-order popcorn and cool drink also booked online and paid for. I asked the Manager why we must stand in this long row because the movie is going to start he just said stand in the row and we missed 30 minutes of the movie!!!!! Why then book beforehand if you still have to stand and wait like all the other people that did not book in advance. There should be provision made for clients that have booked and those that are buying at the cinema. And the personnel is also not very friendly and not in a haste to help you.

To make a long story short. NHLS keeps on sending me sms's about an account that has not been paid. After I tried calling 3 times in a week and no answer, I got hold of them speaking to the consultant she said the payment is outstanding. I asked for a statement to be mailed to me, no mail was sent. Then they called again and said the account needs to be paid, I again explained that I need the statement because to my knowledge everything is paid. Straight after the call, I got an sms that said - Thank you for your payment on your NHLS acc. And since I have received another 2-3 sms's with the same message. This is now ridiculous! They must check their records and stop bothering me.
