I placed an order with Leroy Merlin online and was promised that my order will be delivered on Thursday the 25th of September, the order didn’t arrive on that day , then I was told it will arrive on Friday the 26th of September, it still didn’t arrive, I called again and I was told it will be delivered on Saturday the 27th of September and there is still no delivery…what’s painful about all of this is that I’m loosing my money because I paid a deposit to the construction company that is building at my house, but because the material is being delayed, the construction company is moving on to their next project as they cannot delay anymore waiting for the material I ordered from Leroy Merlin. I cannot believe that I’m experiencing such with a big company like Leroy Merlin, I’m so disappointed and disheartened…how can you not keep to your promise of a delivery date ? This delay is affecting me and my family and our finances because everything is on hold at our house since we have been waiting for this order. If you can avoid Leroy Merlin , please do. Otherwise your building progress will just delay and end up with construction companies moving on to a next project with the deposit you paid because you keep telling them Leroy Merlin will deliver on a specific day and it doesn’t happen. I really regret not going with builders n other companies. I will never ever trust Leroy Merlin again when it comes to home improvements.

I can't believe that such a big company like Makro is failing at proper customer service!!! I made an order on the 23rd of February, I was told delivery would be done on the 25th of February. I received bulk of my order on the 25th of February. The second order did not arrive at all. I called Makro all week last week to find out about the rest of my order because I needed those things for the 1st of March for a party we had, they did not arrive still. Monday morning on the 3rd of March, I called to cancel the sweets that were not delivered as I do not need them anymore, I mean the party was on the 1st of March already. I was told my cancellation is done and it should be finalized within 24-48 hours. Today on Wednesday morning, I get a notification that my delivery will be made today, after I called to cancel?? When I call Makro again this morning asking why are they delivering when I cancelled, I was sold there is no cancellation they can see on the system? What in the hell is this? MAKRO!!! Please cancel the part of my order that I didn't receive and refund me, I will not accept that delivery!!!

I can’t believe Vodacom!!!!!!!!!!! In March I requested a quotation to see how much I owe if I want to settle the amount, on the quotation it states that I have till the 23rd of March to pay the early cancellation amount. I went to a Vodacom store on the 20th of march and paid everything in full. On the 11th of April I receive an email saying I still need to pay a certain amount. Now I look at my credit score and it says my account with Vodacom is in arrears?????!!!!!!How the HELL is this possible when I’ve been paying every freaken month on top of that lump sum payment I made on the 20th of March???? How do you send me an invoice on the 11th of April and today it’s the 18th of April and now my account is in arrears?? PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND YOU GUYS ARE MESSING UP MY CREDIT PROFILE, YOU BETTER FIX IT AS IN YESTERDAY!!!!!! I’ve been such a loyal and well paying customer all these years and you do me dirty like this!!! How disgusting Stay away from Vodacom if you can Please
I have been calling and calling asking for FNB to remove or at least update on my credit score/Experian that I don’t owe the credit card anymore..I closed that fnb credit card over 6 months ago but it’s still haunting me even now showing that I owe that huge amount!!!!!!! PLEASE UPDAE YOUR THINGS FNB!!!!!!!!! I’m struggling with my credit applications because of you not updating that I’ve paid up and closed that credit card account OVER 6 months ago !!!!!!!!
What a painful experience I’ve been having with Standard Bank since I got my vaf with them since End of July/Beginning August My husband work for the bank and we were told I will also qualify to get staff rate…it’s what a fight and a half getting Standard Bank vaf to fix the interest to staff rates, already buying the car was just defeating process because of Standard Bank vaf and it was finally fixed , I signed a contract that clearly stipulates that I have received staff rates. Beginning of this month I called standard bank Because I noticed on my banking app that they have suddenly increased my interest dramatically, it almost doubled.. I called and they fixed it back to the correct staff rate…when I’m on my banking app this morning I notice that my interest rate has changed again, it almost doubled as well n it’s not even the increase due to the prime interest rate, they just increased it dramatically yet again!!!!! So every month for the rest of the vaf term do I have to call in to fix my interest rate??? Standard Bank is in breach of the contract I signed with them I don’t even want this car anymore because the experience of having it has been so disheartening because of Standard Bank. It’s costing me to call Standard Bank every month for the same thing, I whole heartedly regret taking vaf with standard…I really cannot wait to part ways with Standard Bank because they have cause me nothing but grief buying this car through them ;-( I’m really out of energy to fight with you guys every other month.. Standard Bank is in breach of the contract I signed with them !!!!!
Do not even consider applying for vaf through your standard bank private banking because you will get such appalling services, even shocking that it's happening in private banking suite. On the 27th of June I applied for VAF, got approved on Wednesday, they requested more documents and it was provided on Wednesday. My husband works for the bank so i was advised that i will also qualify for staff rates so they have to update the interest rate to staff rate on my podium, today it's the 4th of July, I still have nothing from vaf, from Thursday morning till today, the 4th of July there is still nothing..how long does it really take to update a podium to reflect the correct interest rate???? I am without a car and i have been following up & the hold up is at vaf...when is standard bank ever going to take their customers seriously? EVEN WORSE THIS IS HAPPENING AT PRIVATE BANKING???? HOW SICKENING IS THIS
Exceptionally bad services I ordered a 200mbps line upload and download speed premium. I’M GETTING NOWHERE NEAR 200mbps, in fact I’m not even getting half of the speed I’m paying for!!!! This is utter nonsense, I’ve been calling the call centre non stop asking for help getting the speed I ordered and are paying for but I just get the run around, they are not even sending a technician to come check what’s going on and to assist!!! I’m extremely angry at this, I can’t believe how much telkom lacks customer services, they are essentially ripping me off since I’m paying money for something I’m not getting!!!!!
Bought a Parrot white board that was supposed to come with a complementary whiteboard marker, however when I received my delivery, there was no white board marker as advertised before I bought it. Very disappointed with us false advertising
