Order 201013449520 never received. The system shows that the online order was meant to be ready for collection on 10 April. When I followed up, I was told 14 April. I followed up again on 15 April and to date have received no further update on my order

I have been waiting for over a month for results of background checks performed on candidates. I have emailed and phoned. Emails receive no response and the phone has only been answered once. I then emailed the answering consultant the forms she required and now she isn't responding either. MIE?? What is going on??

Since moving home on 14 June 2019 we have been trying to update our details with Miway. Every time they have a 'system issue' and will phone us back. 11 days later and we are still no further. Contacting them doesn't help because "the error has been escalated" but we are not insured now.
