If i could give them minus 1 i would. This is the worst courier company ever. I placed an order with Ted Baker on Saturday. Monday i received an email to say i would receive the parcel in 3-5 business days. However, since Monday the parcel has remained in transit and has not reached pta from cpt. When calling RAM there lines just drop and their whatsapp service keeps timing out. Today is Friday and i need the parcel as it is a gift. Honestly ****py service would not recommend
We recently purchased a car from Squadcars. The process was easy and smooth. Our salesperson was MS and he was wonderful. He helped us find a car in our budget. He answered all our questions knowledgably and ensured that we got the vehicle when we needed it. His finance ladies were also great. They made the process easy. Thank u to MS at Squadcars
I would give this spa -1 if i could. Absolutely horrible experience. The masseuse did not know ehat she was doing. I expressedly asked her to massage my hands and feet fir a bit extra even if she left out my thighs, she didnt massage my feet or hands at all. She had no technique. It was as if she used her forearms to just move oil around my body without pressing. This was the massage i ever had. Despite big signs asking for quiet two idiots in the nxt room were laughing away and talking loudly with their masseuse. I do not recommen
I WOULD GIVE A MINUS 1 RATING IF POSSIBLE. HIFI CORP GAVE THE JOB CARD FOR OUR SONY TELEVISION TO THIS BUSINESS. THEY PROMISED THE TV WOULD BE COLLECTED IN 3 DAYS. ON THE THIRD DAY I CALLED AND THEY SAID BY LATEST ON THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY, WHEN I CALLED WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON, THE RUDE OWNER SAID THAT HE WAS BUSY AND WOULD CALL ME BACK. HE THEN CALLED MY HUSBAND AND TOLD HIM I SAID I WAS NOT AT HOME EVEN THOUGH I HAD TAKEN THE DAY OFF TO BE AVAILABLE FOR THE COLLECTION. HE PROMISED TO COLLECT THE NEXT DAY. WE ARE STILL WAITING. WHEN I CALLED HIS RECEPTIONIST SCREAMED AT ME SAYING HER BOSS SAID HE WILL COLLECT WHEN HE CAN. HE IS CLEARLY TOO MUCH OF A COWARD TO EVEN ANSWER CALLS THAT COME THROUGH FOR HIM. I AM BEYOND DISGUSTED AT THIS ****TY SERVICE
I am so disappointed in Aramex service, absolutelt disgusting. I ordered a parcel from Shein. It took 4 days and arrived at SA on time. It then set for 6 days with aramex and has still not been delivered to me. I have made over 20 calls to aramex where im shunted from east to west and i am still without a parcel. A friend of mine received her parcel 24 hours after it landed via Fastway. So disappointed will never use them again
Absolutely frustrated and disgusted with HiFi Corporation. They have been badgering us for months to open an account with them. On Saturday morning we visited the store and decided to open the account. We filled out the heaps of paperwork and told that they will receive authorization by Monday. By Monday 5pm nothing. No one at the centurion store cled us to let us know whats going on. We calles Tuesday they still waiting for authorization and can do nothing. That is all they keep telling us. This morning they calles hubbys boss to confirm employmwnt, he was in a meeting and asked them to call back in 5 minutes they did not. When hubby called the store they say that they will try again tomorrow. What ****ty customer service. The sales reps dont inform you abotthe process nor try and assist. We are frustrated and considering pulling our application and purchasing from makro. Please do not fall into their trap unless u willing to wait forever for your things
guys please be very very careful. My family and i travelled to dikhololo over the past weekend, 7-10 august 2020. Due to covid the ho****er pools were available in shifts. My fam and i managed to get tickets for the first slot at the hot water indoor pool. When we came out, all our clothes were discolored. My mother and hubbys silver jewellery actually turned black from the heavy chemical content. Our clothes had changed coloured, my hair is damaged. About 20 mins after we got out of the pool my hubby and mum began developing red burns along their legs. This continued and we eventually visited the doctor when we got home. He advised us it was chemical burns. I contacted dikhololo who said they will investigate and came back 10 mins later to say there was nothing wrong with the pool water. Another guest who also used the hot water pool advised us they had the same issues with the pool. The smell at the pool alone was an indication of how much chlorine had been used . We are now considering legaĺ action
i would have given them a negative star if i could. I was thrilled when spar opened in erasmia, offering such convenience. But covid 19 has shown their true colours. During the lockdown they increased prices in their oil and rice ridiculously. I went there today to buy cheese cake and buns. The cheesecake which i have purchased numerous times over the last few months was R35, today its R75.99. Thats a 100% increase! Their buns which is usually R9.99 a dozen is now gone up to R14. When i asked the cashier, the owner calls the manager to come and tell me those were promotional prices. Where in the world do promotional proces last for months on end and then shoot up to double the price. The rude and arrogant manager says the price of flour has gone up therefore the increase in the price of buns and rolls. I wasnt aware flour had increased by 50% like their buns. I would rather drive to laudium then shop in such a store where their only aim is the profit and not the customer satisfaction. Pathetic. My family and i shop at spar everyday and they have lost a loyal customer
I am absolutely disgusted and fedup by the service i have received from Nandos Eldoraigne. On the 1 May 2020, i placed an order for delivery. The delivery message said it would arrive at 1pm. At 1:30 it still hadnt arrived, they assured me it was on the way. At 2:30 the food still had not arrived. The food eventually arrived at 2:45 sans chips and ofcourse ice cold. I messages the branch via Instagram and their reply was not apologetic but rather telling me they were busy. Today, we ordered food from the same branch at 17:17. Its not 19:20 and we still have not received our food. What kind of a restaurant is this? What service is this. I love nandos but im sick of this bad service and the staffs bad attitude.
Terrible service from waiter Tryphina at Forest Hill branch. Came to Forest Hill on Sunday 30 Dec 2018. Waited 20 mins for menus and 10 mins for her to take the order. Extremely rude waitress with lots of attitude. Clearly Milky Lane has not taught their staff how to serve smiles.
