Absolutely shocking service. Without exaggeration I phone approximately 40 to 50 times to get someone to answer the phone. Eventually when they answered I requested a date of delivery which was either late 4th of December but definately the 5th. By 14h00 the parcel had not arrived. I tried phoning again.bit took about 10 calls to get anyone to answer and I again promised that it would be delivered that afternoon. At 16h20 the parcel had not arrived. I phone over 20 times but they would not answer.
Today I received the second increase on my 2 year subscription with Vodacom. They seem to think that they can dishonor their agreement made when I purchased this packaged at will. I will tell you something vodacom, when my CONTRACT (which it is between 2 parties) is done. My wife, my 2 daughters and I will be going to a service provider that has integrity and you can continue robbing your other customers until they also find a decent service provider. I will also do whatever it takes to make this travesty as public as possible. You cannot hold people hostage while *****ing from them.
1 year ago I changed my address with FNB, yet they continue to have my old address on my bank statements. Today, after 4 phone calls, I was passed from one useless person to another and then cut off 3 of those times. I am trying to close a deal with regard to my vehicle and I can't because I have 2 separate addressed with this useless fnb bank. I think about about done with them. There are plenty other banks who would welcome my business. Thank you FNB
Everyday sport, a seller on bidorbuy was very quick in getting back to me when asking questions regarding the inline skate wheels I wanted to buy. After paying for the item and having delivered the wrong colour from everyday sport, they don't want to answer my email. I believe he did not have the right colour and so just gave me whatever. First and last for these guys.
I have been to Nissan South Durban (cnr of South coast rd and Solomon Mahlagu dr) 5 times for a faulty fuel gauge. Yesterday I picked up my Renault Kajar from them with no guarantees the problem is solved. They seem to think that because it's being done under warranty, that I should be grateful or something; not considering that thus far it has cost me around 10 hours pay and messed up my attendance register at work. One particular individual, Musa, has been totally unhelpful and inconsiderate to the extreme. I am now simply lost as what next to do if I have to go back a 6th time for this problem. If anyone has some suggestions as to how I can escalate this shocking treatment, I will appreciate it.
Today I phoned Vodacom to query about reducing my monthly charges. My phone contract was taken out 24 months ago in August. They tell me that is true but I must had added something to my contract because it only ends in December. What did I add? They can't tell me because I never added one single thing. Over and above this the data and minutes I now receive will be done away with but I will still continue paying the same monthly cost. This means if I use my phone for anything I will be charge over and above what I am now paying. This is absolutely absurd. I have never heard of such a thing. Vodacom you are underhanded, filthy thieves. I want nothing more to do with your service. I cannot even find the words to say how disgusted I am. In a time where covid has set us back, fuel is increasing, you find it necessary to lie and cheat and steal and make peoples lives worse.
Good day. My name is William Deyzel. In September of last year my fridge, freezer stopped working efficiently. Timberstar Trading took the appliance to their premises in Springfield Park, Durban. I am not sure what repair was carried out on my fridge, freezer but it just wasn't cooling as it was before (this appliance is only 2 years old ). It came to a stage where various fault codes were appearing and then going away, such as E 13 and the cooling became almost non existent. I then contacted the Defy repair services in Teakwood road, Jacobs, Durban. I spoke to Rodger, who I think is repairs manager. He sent out Emmanuel the technician. Emanuel found that the compressor had been over filled which over time causes the fan the ice up and stop working. At this time my freezer had been off for around 26 hours and as you can understand all the food especially meat has defrosted. When I contacted Timberstar trading (Defy's, now selected repair agent) to discuss this,"I was put through to Hennie. I explained what had happened as I am doing now. He become irate and absolutely rude, shouting at me before cutting me off on the phone. I have a Defy Stove, microwave and fridge, which has had to be fix on 4 occasions now. My question to you is, can you afford to allow people like Hennie and company's like Timberstar trading to tear down the Defy name in a very competitive market of other very reliable brands. Kind regards W. Deyzel Cell #: 0713500898 On Wed, 25 Aug 2021, 13:13 William Deyzel, <williamdeyzel@gmail.com> wrote: Show quoted text
Timberstar trading in Springfield Park is an agent to Defy appliances. I want to say that they are incapable of carrying out proper service to Defy Customers. After repairs to my Defy fridge which they apparently made my fridge was not cooling properly, eventually it stopped all together. As an employee of Defy I contacted our own service department on the 23 rd of August who responded the next day. What they found was that the compressor had been over filled which can lead to a number of problems but in my case just not cooling at all on both fridge and freezer. After approximately 24 hours of not cooling you can know for yourself that all the products in my freezer were spoiled (the technician who came out, Emmanuel bares witness to that). When I phone this timberstar trading and spoke to a certain Hennie, he was rude and unapologetic. All I can say to the company I work for, Defy, is please do your homework properly before allowing untrained agents to do services and repairs on your equipment. If there are any other customers who have had this experience please contact me on 0713500898 because I plan to escalate this matter further, holding Timberstar trading responsible for my loses.
On Monday the 19th of July I phoned Blades and triggers Bokburg and dealt with a salesman by the name of Lunga. I am from KZN and during this time of looting have no means of protection. Little did I know that this underhanded salesman would take advantage of my desperate situation to totally rip me off. I explained that I needed some sort of high powered paintball gun that could use marble type projectiles. He told me it would cost R14000. I was in shock but in my situation and trying to find some means of protecting my family I reluctantly agreed to the price. He said I should arrange to have it picked up once I had made the transfer into their account, which I did and my brother in JHB had his driver pick it up. When he opened it at home he found a ridiculous amount of unnecessary items I had never agreed to which this underhanded salesman had added in to inflate the price, ie: paintball helmet, vest, extra magazines, duffel bag to name a few. You are an ugly underhanded thief Lunga, but be sure it will come back on you.
Cash crusaders Bluff Durban are scammers and thieves. On the 02 ND of June my wife purchased a small bluetooth speaker for her phone. In the shop they had the music blaring off a hi-fi system making it near impossible to hear the small bluetooth speaker. When she asked them to turn it down the salesperson said they couldn't because they were playing it for another customer. They assured my wife the bluetooth speaker she was buying, was their top range. Well, when she brought it home and tried it, it was shockingly terrible. She took it back this afternoon and was told she could not get a refund. So, they can't replaced the speaker with a better qualify one, even if we paid extra and won't refund us. This is not going to end here Cash crusaders, I will take this further and I will drag your name down all the more with it.
