Vodacom Online Orders - you have no back up support
Vodacom Online Orders - you have no back up support - your aftersales people are the most unhelpfull people ever and transfer you without even an explanation. They refer you to go to a store and then the store say they cannot assist - it is 2 different business units. 4 days later and my new contract with a new number is still an issue because the number VODACOM gave me cannot register WhatsAPP because some else is using the number on WHATSAPP. Really Vodacom??????

DEFY DLT 160 TOP LOADER - TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PRODUCT
Defy DLT160 Manhatten Grey Top Loader - what a huge disappointment. This machine tangels your clothing into such a knot, the clothes come out so creased. I have been wanting a top loader for years and this is such a terrible buy. I would definilty say to anyone DO NOT BUY this product at all

Your response to chat to us and your customer service email address is poor to say the least - you should have someone manning these 2 points of contact for fast and efficient response to clients.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROFESSIONAL PROPERY BROKER COMPANY
The Boksburg/Benoni ladies, Thando in particular is the most professional amazing, punctual property broker I have ever met. Never have I received such fantastic treatment and feedback ever from the propery industry. Thando is sure to give you feedback on any viewing that was done, on the clients from show day to clients that she brings for a viewing at any time. She keeps to her promises - very rare. Tyla who was the lucky lady who brought the buyer to view and who then sold the property was also fantastic. This agency can be very proud of their staff, the ethics and professionalism their staff show the clients is really above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Remax Boksburg have such rude people working in this branch
What terribly rude people work for this estate agency. From the first contact of whoever answers their phone to the agent this rude woman transferred my call to. Both rude and abrupt - will never trust my property I want to sell to such rude people, how will they sell my house if they so rude to people before they even know what the call is all about.

Rude, arrogant front line receptionists at Boksburg
Shocking, absolutely shocking that you employ front line receptionists or whatever you call them to deal with people. 3 ladies on duty at Boksburg were not present for over 10 mins to man the desk, 1 comes back and starts having a conversation with the pharmacist while 3 patients wait to be assisted. Then when asked who is helping the attitude is disgusting to say the least at which time the other 2 have arrived back and we’re so ugly and rude to 1 of the other patients. They are rude and don’t respect the client, i.e. patients and it’s a pity you employ this type of caliber of people in your company to deal with people. This is not the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd time I have been subjected to this treatment. Companies require clients to make the business a business that is profitable. You need to address your staff and make them accountable for their actions. Even 1 of your Dr’s questioned a staff member about being rude to a patient 1 Dr Francisco

Pathetic, money taking and no customer service ethics
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are the most pathetic at administration ever. They take money from you when their insurance cover is supposed to be paying due to retrenchment. They say and collect documents for an apparent court date and to date it still hadn’t gone before a judge but they have had my account for over 2 years. They must be the worst in the industry

Non delivery on service agreement.
My parcel was logged as received last week Friday with a 4 business day delivery service. Yesterday was business day 4 and today all of a sudden my parcel disappeared off the tracking. Email at 8:30 ish to no reply received. Phoned around 11 ish to be told I now have a new tracking number and have to wait another 4 business days. Totally ridiculous, if they made an error you would expect them to change the delivery service to get it to the client asap - nope and they are so blase about it, not a care in the world about it.
