Absolutely Shocking service from Atlas Finance. I am an existing client with accounts paid up. I have been with the same employer since April 2025. They assisted me last time no issues, was asked to go draw bank statements as they do not accept my online statements. I asked them to use my online statement just to check what I could get. No they would not do that. went to go draw statements at an expense and took it to them. my Salary for August and September was combined as I had to go and help out at another branch still part of the same company. I explained it to them and gave them my payslip indicated I am back at the dealership I was when I app****, but they cant assist because there's no Salary shown for August and September. I can't fathom how rediculious this is. Guys you are chasing away your own business!!!
Toyota Kingsmead Durban is a bunch of b*lls!tters. Asked them to assist a client of mine since they had the vehicle he wanted and we agreed on a spotters amount. 2 weeks past and everyday day there is another excuse why they cannot pay. Last excuse was the deal needs to be paid out from the bank. That was Tuesday its Saturday now with more excuses. The Used car manager does not even have the decency to take your calls or respond to your messages. These guys do business in bad faith

I honestly have no words for the level of incomitance. Since Monday I have been trying to resolve an issue of funds that where paid into my account but not reflecting. Every single time I speak so someone I need to explain the whole story again like a parrot. You expect at least when you are a private wealth client to be treated differently. Clearly this is not the case. Note FNB I will be taking my business elsewhere. Your service is shocking to say the least! not even to mention the fact that there was fraud on my card last month I reported the case three times before there was a case number issued on the 18th of November!!! You do honestly not care about your clients!
I applied for a contract via their website on the 22nd of September. I was told I would be contacted within 24 to 48 business hours so I waited. I followed up on the 26th of September and the agent said they should have called me they will mark the Inquiry as urgent. the 27th I phoned again as I received no call and the agent told me I am approved I just need to finalize everything with a call center agent. on the 29th I called in again as I still had no feedback to be told no I am not approved I am pre approved and the sales agent will go through the vetting process with me but by this time I have ben the one phoning them every time. Today is the 3rd of October with still no call from a sales agent. this is poor service at its best.
Was double charged for a trip been communicating to them via email for 3 days and 11 emails later my money is still not returned to my account or credited to my account and they have a neverminded, so what attitude. treating a client that uses bolt more than 10 times a week like this is shocking.
Shocking pathetic service from a company that is not willing to interact with their clients. Service was cancelled on the 10th of June the same day we took it out because on the website it indicated our are is rain supported, but after battling for 6 hours to have service activated the agent said they do not have coverage in our area. The refund should have taken 7 to 10 working days it is day 14 with still no luck. Multiple calls and requests to call back with zero feedback. Emails come back with auto response if this is the type of service we can expect from providers this country is done
