I requested a ride. Ekene Frank a rude Nigerian guy License Plate: LY55FZGP was my driver. The driver was so unprofessional and rude. After realizing that there was traffic he ended the trip and told me to exit his car and request another ride he don't have time. I have never experienced this kind of service with Uber, i would expect that from Bolt.
I placed an order online. It was delivered with one item broken. I sent an email (service@clicks.co.za) . i even called 0214601009 and was assisted by a guy who explained to me that it will take about 2 working days for this matter to be resolved. I called again this morning and was assisted by an *********** lady, who said i must hold, she was still looking for someone who will assist as the person who is assisted me was off. I was on hold for more thn 5 minutes. I had to call again, a lady by the name Zinhle answered and put me on hold again.. After a few minutes i received an email telling me to go to the nearest clicks with an item that i threw away and sent pictures of because it was a broken glass and the guy that assisted me did not mention anything going back to the neatest clicks for a refund. I was very disappointed with this pathetic service.
I placed this order on the 26th of June. Order #1983 Confirmed 26 Jun. after paying so much money. I still haven't received my order, today is the 15th of August. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. No contact details for follow up. No response on emails. I don't think they exist
I've been trying to place an order. No one is answering their calls. No response on their whatsapp number. No response on emails .Im not sure if they still exist.
I placed the first order on the 24th of November, i had to cancel it because of the delay ,i placed another order on the 5th. i have not received it. My experience was an absolute nightmare from star to finish. They always have the same excuse. " Stock has just arrived and will be shipped tomorrow". No communication.
I am truly thankful for the service I received from Mondli ( Telkom Fourways) such a humble guy.. I appreciate the time he took to fix my whatsapp issue. We need more people like him in the business.
had a very bad experience with Bolt. That's is why I prefer Uber. My colleague requested a rid for me from work to my place, but I had one stop on the way.The driver was very rude, I assumed that it was not his profile aa the picture on the profile didn't match the face. He even told me that I'm wasting his as it was peak hour. I asked him how do I rate hime with this attitude. His response was " I don't care about your rating you do have an option of not rating me. He drives a grey Toyota Yaris with registration number BG76YXGP. As customers we really don't need those kind of people to work for the public. I would appreciate if this would be resolved for the next customer
Pathetic service and unprofessional behavior with poor customer service . Unprofessional guy by the name of Samuel from Cosmo city branch. they must understand that they are not Loan Sharks, they are a financial Service. I also think when hiring people they should consider Manner of approach, we cannot have people shouting at us while we at work, embarrassing us in front of our colleagues. THAT IS PETHATIC
I ordered a King burger at Steers Cosmo Mall - Poor service - unfriendly staff - Burger patty cold and not fresh - chef taking his own time while it wasn't busy I won't recommend that restaurant to anyone. One word " FILTHY"
I had a loan with Cash balance which was fully paid on the 25th of September. I was promised to get a paid up letter within 21 days "Apparently" they forgot to send me a paid up letter until I called them . I Sent them a written request to remove the account from my credit report now that it no longer active since they reported the information to the credit bureau. I called them this morning. I spoke to a rude lady and her response was " your account is paid up on our side, I will send you a paid up letter and it's your responsibility to clear it.
