I BOUGHT A CAR FROM RACEVIEW MOTORS AND BEFORE I SIGNED THE CONTRACT I WAS PROMISED THAT I WOULD TRADE IN THE CAR AND IT WILL BE A FULL TRADE IN THERE WON'T BE A SHORTFALL TO MY SURPRISE NO ONE ANSWERS MY CALLS NOW I WAS ASSISTED BY SIFISO NHLAPHO AND VINCENT KEKANA, TWO DAYS AFTER I TOOK THE CAR I WAS MADE AWARE THAT THE CAR IS OUT OF THE SERVICE SO I WOULD HAVE TO DO IT ON MY OWN I SPOKE TO SIFISO AND EXPLAINED TO HIM I WANTED A CAR WITHOUT PROBLEMS AS I CAN'T AFFORD THAT, I LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH WESBANK AND THEY GOT SOMEONE TO ASSIST ME BUT THERE IS STILL A SOUND ON THE BRAKES, THE WIPERS ARE NOT WIPING PROPERLY, THE DRIVER SEAT CAN'T BE ADJUSTED I HAVE TRIED SO MANY TIMES TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO CAN ASSIST BUT SIFISO AND VINCENT ARE NOT BOTHERED
I AM NOT HAPPY THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I MAKE A REVIEW I PAID OFF MY CREDIT CARD IN MARCH OR APRIL AND I AM STILL BEING DEBITED FOR IT I TRIED EVERYTHING TO GET IT SORTED BUT I AM JUST NOT GETTING THROUGH PLEASE URGENTLY ASSIST AND RETURN MY MONEY
I HAD AN ACCOUNT THAT WAS IN ARREARS AND I MADE AN ARRANGEMENT TO PAY IT OFF I RECEIVED A SETTLEMENT LETTER THAT WOULD EXPIRE ON THE 31/10/2024 AND I MADE PAYMENT ON 22/10/2024 OF R56625.83 AND SENT PROOF OF PAYMENT AND I WAS ADVISED TO WAIT FOR 7 DAYS FOR THE PAYMENT TO CLEAR AND I WILL GET A PAID UP LETTER AND I CALLED AFTER 7 DAYS AND WAS ADVISED THE ACCOUNT WAS LOCKED AND I NEED TO GO TO THE BRANCH TO GET A PAID UP LETTER I WENT YESTERDAY TO THE BRANCH AND RECEIVED THE LETTER AND THIS MORNING I DECIDED LET ME CALL AND SEE IF ALL IS IN ORDER TO MY SURPRISE I WAS TOLD I PAID R55K AND I PAID THE MONEY AFTER THE SETTLEMENT HAD EXPIRED HOW THE HELL WOULD THAT HAPPEN WHEN I DID EVERYTHING AND BY THE BOOK I WANT THIS TO BE CHECKED AND GET PROPER FEEDBACK AS THIS WILL AFFECT ME IN THE FUTURE THE GUY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL ME BACK AFTER MY AIRTIME CUT

I LOGGED A RETURN WITH YELLOW SUB TRADING AND THEY ALLOCATED FASTWAY TO COLLECT MY ORDER FOR THE RETURN AND THEY HAVEN'T I WAS CALLED BY A LADY YESTERDAY CLAIMING THAT THEY WOULD COME AND COLLECT MY ORDER YESTERDAY AND NONE OF THAT HAPPENED I AM SO UNHAPPY BECAUSE THEY NOW **** TO SAY MY ADDRESS IS NOT ACCESSIBLE WHY WASN'T I TOLD OF THAT YESTERDAY WHEN THE LADY CONFIRMED THE ADDRESS WITH ME????????
