My internet has been down since Saturday. I have phoned the customer service number and all I get is people around the world who although they can assist me with my problem or not able to solve it. I have a number of cases registered on the site but nobody wants to contact me. Unfortunately Rain's service to their customers is absolutely non-existent. I am going to have no alternative but to cancel my subscription.
I purchased a Ninja Crispi air fryer from Ubuy, It came from the US, but they did not advise me that the product works on 110v, not 220v. When it arrived I immediately contacted Ubuy, and after a bit of to and frow, they agreed I could return the product, It was all set for collection by DHL, and Ubuy retracted the collection at the last minute for no reason at all. I asked why and was told that on their website they say the product may need a converter. Therefore they could not accept my return. as far as I know, it's normal business practice to be able to return something if you don't want it, for any reason, but not Ubuy! As a warning, check with the supplier before putting out the money, that the product will work in SA. Secondly, be wary of Ubuy. I certainly will not buy from them again

I have contacted DSTV twice in the last three weeks regarding their new internet service. On both occasions I received a SMS saying "DStv: Thanks, we'll be in touch to chat to you about internet soon. More info here in the meantime https:// getdstv.dstv.co.za/internet Did I hear from them? Not a peep! Their client service is ZERO. It's no wonder they're going down the tubes.
I recently purchased a Kenwood air fryer. When I opened the package there was no recipe book and also notinstruction manual. I got on to the Kenwood website and send a message to the effect and have not heard a word from Kenwood. I have no problem with the product and I have managed to sort it out by downloading the manual but would still be interested more about their recipe book. I am surprised because this is large company and I have some of their other products as well which have served me very well.
My Epson tank printer is only printing black. The colors appear to have dried up. I sent an enquiry to Epson SA via their website. Not a word from Epson. I have the extended warranty and my printer is still under this. Epson are too quick to sell but disappear when there are problems.
I have been trying to contact FNB regarding a card replacement for the last two weeks to no avail. Phoning them is a disaster and turns out to be very costly at cell phone rates.
I purchased a Huawei Nova10SE. Bad decision. As it is not supported by Google, which i knew about, its functionality is therefore very limited. No android auto. No Google play services. Many apps do not download. Is HUAWEI going the same route as Blackberry?
I purchased the new Huawei Nova 10 SC about 6 weeks ago. Mistake. I was aware of the 'no Google' situation but was assured that everything would be fine. Many of the apps just do not function, the most important being Android Auto. No connection. No maps. I have called them a number of times, but none of their solutions work! I even visited their office in Melrose Arch. This is my 4th Huawei and my last.
I wrote a complaint about Vox, and had a reply very soon afterwards. They had referred my complaint to their Credit Control Department and they would get back to me. Has that happened? Don't be silly. Vox do not do that. I then grudgingly paid the outstanding amount and received a reply saying that my debit order was still blocked? Hello Vox. Anyone home?
