Good day Today I had the worst of service from your Newlands branch. I ordered 21 (2) two pieces of chicken with coleslaw and a mini loaf which I ordered last week Sunday as well. But today DEBRA SE****DI who was the casher that took my order. I specifically said to her (3) three times that I want (21)twenty one (2) two pieces of chicken a coleslaw and a mini loaf which didn't cost me more than R55.00 last week Sunday. Today Debra told me that I have to pay an extra R9.00 for the mini loaf. I then ordered everything without the mini loaf and to my surprise when I got to my workplace we were short of one coleslaw which I paid for. I called the number on my receipt and asked to speak to the manager which is GUGULETHU SUKAZI and spoke to her and told her about the one coleslaw that is short and that we did not get any serviettes or s****s with the order. She apologize and told me that I should come to the shop and collect a free coleslaw. I don't care about the free coleslaw, what my concern is that they not doing what chicken licken standards has set out for everyone by basic customer service. A simple serviette and s**** can cause trouble. Now I leave it in your hands to do what you have to do and I need you to give me feedback as to how we going to solve my problem.
My car has been booked in for a service at Kia Fourways which I was told it would take two days and they telling me that they don't have a courtesy car for me to use until my car is fixed. How can you inconvenience your customers like that. I thought that Kia Weltevreden Park's service is bad but now I see that it is at all Kia dealerships.
I would like to thank Thembisile and Kgomotso at Game southgate mall for assisting me on getting an item they did not have in the store. They went the extra mile and more to find out which store has the item and availability for the item I was looking for. We need more salesmen/ Salesladies like the above mentioned staff at all stores.
I am really disgusted in their service. I ordered a pizza before 12:20 Sunday 13 November 2022 for lunch and my colleague drove at that time to Roman's pizza the very same place where I ordered from. He came back at 12:45 with his pizza and on the app it showed that there was a delay. My pizza only arrived at 12:57 and there arrival time showed 15-30 minutes. Why lie to your customers just tell us the truth.
I have won R400.00 on Sunday 30 October 2022 and made a withdrawal. No voucher number or pin was sent to me up until today 02 November 2022 but when I sent them a email they gave me a ticket number but still nothing. They say it takes up to 48 hours but it's been 3 days already. When you call the call center and they do decide to call you back nobody talks. I wonder what excuse they gonna come up with next.
This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Payed for my order at 19:35:32 my order was 3260 but at 20:00 I asked the lady infront to check for my order because it's been on the screen for over 10 minutes but she has no customer service ethics. She just looked at me and carry on helping other customers that ordered after me and more than what I ordered. 3263 and 3261 was called before me and she kept on ignoring me. When I told her that I will write a review o hello peter and said I want to take a photo of her she brought my order. Why do you have to get angry before they start helping you and making a scene in the franchise. If they don't want to do their jobs there is plenty of youngsters that is just waiting for an opportunity. Get competent employees that wants to do the job.
This for the manager that runs the Shoprite centre in Eldorado Park LUCAS the useless manager that is not around when you need him. Just 5 minutes ago my 3year old son got bumped by a youngster on a bicycle right in front of Shaheeds fast food. I was so angry that I slapped the youngster and the security Freddie let the youngster go on his bicycle. I was held by patrons and they all including the security FREDDIE let the youngster ride off. I wanted to grab his bike and go to the police station but I got stopped instead of the young man. When I asked about the centre manager of his whereabouts they told me that he's not at the centre. I want to know why he LUCAS allows such things as bicycles in the centre he so calls runs. I got his number from the security and guess what his phone goes straight to voice-mail. If he does not do anything about it I will take the matter up with his office and will not be as nice as I am now. I would like openserve to give me an answer as to when my Fibre will be connected because it's been almost a month now after the box was pulled into my house and still nothing. My neighbour's opposite the street is all connected in Assie street extension 2 Eldorado Park Why do they have connection but I don't. It's unfair because everything was done in about 3-5 days and only the left side of the street is live and we have to wait. It's excuses after excuses when you phone and enquire. Why don't you just tell the customers the truth about how you guys are messing up. Even the duplex flats behind me has no connection but a place they call die Kolletjie which is semi detached house all has connections which they don't even pay. So you deprive people that is willing to pay for your services but rather give them that does not pay. Me my brother and my son walked into McDonald's southgate @10:01 and made use of the self services computer to sit in and eat. People around us that came after us that ordered much more food then we ordered got there food before us. Now my son was getting restless at 10:22 as our food was not yet done and it's not as if the drive through was busy. I asked the manager Thabo what is happening and he just looked at me and walked away. Now is that customer service or do they not care. I had to make a noise to get noticed and get help. Is that how you get treated at McDonald's Southgate
I have a big problem with city powers contractors that are BIG LIARS. The contractor Ansley's team was in our street three weeks and said they will come and sort it out. My reference number has been updated and allocated to Ansley but until today we are still in the dark since March 2021. I was checking up every week on to hear about the update and Ansley said to me on the 11 August 2021 to get him a new reference number because the previous reference number has been closed and according to my knowledge only the contractor can close the reference number which it was assigned to. Till to date Ansley does not answers my call or responds to my messages. Our last communication was the 12 August 2021 which he told me that they sourcing the material up until now. The team leader was in our street to assess our street light situation and said that they will approve it. Our street is dark since March 2021 and people are getting robbed, hijacked and hurt. I have a question for CITY POWERS? Should we stop paying rates and taxes because we not getting service delivery from you guys or should we take matters in our own hands and shame you guys?
