Unlawful car sold
I bought a Renault clio at McCarthy Renault/Nissan in Woodmead. Almost three years later I find out they sold me a car with an engine number that doesn’t match the one on the disc (illegal). Had I been arrested for this i’d just get a lousy apology.

**** Contract selling and not wanting people to cancel
I received a call from Mondo a company selling Telkom contracts on Telkom’s behalf. Long story short, I tell this guy that I want 20GB of data and they send me two simcards (I’m thinking one is for daytime and one for night time) as their contracts are structured as such... turns out the son of gun registered me for two 20G contacts!! I mean if I wanted 40GB I would have opted for such a contract, iv been debited twice for something thats wasn’t my doing! I went to telkom twice, 1st time (july) i was told to cancel over the phone which I did but im still being charged!! 2nd time (September) im told im gona be charged 400 for cancellation of one simcard. ***??????? Some one must fix this

Samsung buy and get (not) promo
Samsung just fooled us all! Their ‘Buy and get’ promo was all lies! I bought a washing machine and the promo stated that if u buy an appliance you automatically get a voucher of your choice after 10 working days... Its been 15 days and i still haven’t received the 4k Uber voucher I selected. Go figure

Purchased fridge 30/12/2017 still no delivery
I purchased a fridge on 30/12/2017 i was told it would be delivered on 2/01/2018 and nothing... called the store at Mall@reds on 03/01/2018 nd they said drivers didn’t come collect stuff on the Tuesday so it will be delivered on Wednesday still didn’t get my fridge... that time I bought food which is now going bad. Im STILL WAITING on my fridge!!!!!

Buy airtime voucher then receive sms voucher
<p>We request/bought 2x vodacom airtime for the amount of 55.00 and when trying to load the 'airtime' on the one voucher, we find that its SMS bundles

Poor service/bad attitude
<p>Been standing at the payment counter for minutes on end calling/yelling out for assistance/service , when a lady called Joyce finally came, she was on the phone and pretends as if she doesn't see us and continues talking on the phone with a friend (didn't sound like it was business). Thats just unacceptable, we didn't push her to this job every day so she mustn't act as if she's doing us a favor. </p>

Poor delivery services- item missing!!!
<p>I visisted the Mr Price Home Super in Boksburg on 06/06/2017 (Tuesday) to purchase a number of items that required delivery. Fine, the items were delivered on 09/06/2017 (Friday late) but with an item missing (Jozi side table). I called the store on Saturday and they assured me that I'll receive it on the 12/06/2017 (Monday/today) and im still waiting... not patiently*** </p>

Waiting time- Rude attitude
<p>Daveyton Shoprite at Sesfikile square--- I had requested a cash back (22/05/2017) and I was made to wait for minutes on end for the supervisor to collect the cash from the cash office. This is not the 1st time it's happening, these people have became complacent and don't care about customer service and have no sense of urgency. Please do something about the level of service and rude attitude.</p>
