I contacted your help line yesterday as i needed assistance to increase my credit card limit. As your app had issues. I spoke to Aziz Shaaista and we were on the phone for 37 minutes! Then i was told to hold on and kept holding for another 5 minutes with no reply from her side. I called back and asked the gentleman to speak to Aziz and he said she would call me right back. I am still waiting. I probably shouldn't have phone so close the closing team hence she didn't care to phone back. If this us how you treat your loyal customers then please terminate all my stuff with you and I will approach a bank that truly cares!

Worst online company ever!! No feedback on whatsapp!! No feedback on email. Not answering calls. I am waiting nearly 2 weeks for them to find my parcel that went awol.
Went to your Mall@carnival branch, the branch of frustration!!!! The customer service in this store is non existing. Always sound like a party the way your staff conduct themselves. Went to refill gas bottles as my wife had a major operation and I can't leave her alone for long periods. I went to pay inside and saw the Hisense 20l mucrowave on promo for R799. I picked 1 up and proceeded to the small appliances. As usual, your staff were stsnding in groups talking. An AEG rep approached and offered help. He told me the 1 in my trolley is not on the shelf. He asked your staff and they just said its black. Now the pic on your website is different. I went to customer service and they didnt know what to do. They called the Hisense rep whom was totally useless and clueless. Just said they cant open the box so I could see as the people in the isle said they showed me 1. 15minutes wasted as i had to rush home for my wife. I can forward you a picture of the microwave in question.
Went to your branch at mall@carnival after my wife had a big operation and i was desperately in need of a wheelchair. Wian smith? Assisted me and went out of his way to try and find me a suitable chair. Unfortunately we will only need 1 for 3 weeks. He said i should try and rent 1 but he will also keep me 1. He immediately contacted my medical aid to check if they will pay. He assured me that it will be fully covered if i need 1. He is a true asset to your organization.
My wife just came out of hospital after a big operation. Thought of spoiling her with her favorite take out as she will be in bed recovering for 3 weeks. Went to your springs branch. Ordered a Boujee bowl, chicken meal and salad to share. When i got home there was no salad!! I phoned the beanch and was told to come back. A 15km trip. When i got there the staff didnt pay any attention to me. I asked the lady who served me, where my salad was. Without greeting me back she just said; drive through or inside. Insaid inside. Then she opened the fridge and asked if it was single or sharing. When i said sharing she closed the fridge and just walked to the back. On retirn she just handed the salad to me and turned around. No apology and none of your staff wearing name badges.
Tried several times to get someone to contact me as i am interested in your offering of 5g and free rotor. However the gentleman that contacted me was adamant that I do a payment of R1 with my bankcard. I mean seriously?? The transaction costs are much higher. He also said that the payment needs to be done within 30 minutes. Luckily my company picked up a possible phising attempt and blocked the email.
Twice now i had to return the 3in1 mini oven breakfast maker. 1st time NO GLASS LID and the pan was bend. Today received the replacement! AGAIN no GLASS LID!!! How frustrating. Very poor service from such a renowned business
Bought 2 betting vouchers from Spar. Was able to load 1 but the 2nd one kerps on saying invalid service provider! What the hell!!! Both bought at same outlet. Tried calling your customer centre, useless as i tried for more than 30 minutes to get hold of anyone but no luck.
We on holiday and had to purchase toiletpaper. We normally buy 2ply from WW but had to stop at the local retailer in Toti. As a child we always bought the Twinsaver 1 ply as it was the #1 trusted brand. Well somewhere something went horribly wrong as the quality of your product is worse than that of the cheap paper you normally find at flea market toilets. There are more holes than paper and it is really sad that you can still call yourselves the most trusted. Ridiculous to state on your product: soft,strong great quality!!!
