I once complained about Pedros Malvern. Their Head Office brushed me off and sent me to the store I was complaining about. No resolution at all. I stayed for away from eating rotten food for long. Yesterday I started craving for Pedros. I tried another shop with the hope it would be different. I bought a full chicken Paella from Pedros Chicken Bluff. I was shocked as it was so off as well. My entire fridge was smelling when I went to church this morning. Again I threw it away as I know no one will take my complaint. I think health inspectors will have to visit all Pedros Chicken Shops. I wonder how many people are suffering in silence. Or is it just me who is twice unluckry
The agent was very helpful and professional. The tow truck came in no time. My vehicle is safe with the repairer
I had a leaking Geyser over the weekend. I reported on line and followed up with a call. The service was restored and I now have a new Geyser. The process was explained in simpler terms as they sent a plumber. Only to find out that the geyser was drill under factory warranty. They sent the manufacturer to replace it.
The entire staff complement is warm and friendly. From the Doctors to nursing staff, to kitchen staff, cleaners, security, etc. They greet and serve from the heart. The big up goes to Dr. Duze, the cardiologist, that work tirelessly with his staff till the early hours of the morning. Saving lives. He does his job with zeal and smile. He makes the complex procedures so simple to understand. In case of emergency, they react swiftly. I had a low blood pressure challenge after angiogram. It was so scary. But their swift reaction save the disaster. I'm not sure where they get the energy from. But they must keep it up. And God must bless them. And encourage them to keep saving lives. I ordered a chicken Firoz for delivery. This cost R220 which should have been R440 as I ordered 2 because I had visitors. To my surprise, the delivery man charged me R543. I paid as I wouldn't like to embarrass myself in front of visitors. I launched a complaint through email. To my surprise I got a call from Nando's to apologize with a confusing explanation that service delivery and other charges are added. I tried to explain that this shouldn't have been R100 as I don't stay too far from their shop. We settled that I should collect my orders in future. Please note that this is unfair to pay R100 for deliveries.

I signed a 24 months mobile services contract with Telkom. I returned the devise because it wasn't the one I wanted. Only after 24 months I learnt that they have been charging me for the device I returned. They approved the refund. Until now, I haven't received my refund. I wish I knew how to take this up as thus is against the law.
On the 20th of December, I noticed an SMS notification of fraudulent transaction on my credit card. I called standard bank. I was told that they'll block my card, investigate, and issue a new card that I should collect in 6 days. Towards the end of December, when I called to follow up to follow up, I was cut off 2 times and they dudntbeven bother to call back. Even when I went to their Durban branch at the Bluff, the service was so disgusting that they were not interested to help. I ended up calling a complaints department that couldn't take my complaint. But instead covered up fir bad service and opted to transfer me to the services department where I was given an option to order another card and wait for further 6 days. This is so unfair as no one was interested in listen to my problem of not having access to my credit card over the festive season. They were not even bothered when I mentioned that I wanted to make a payment onto the credit card. I wanted them to repremand a oerson that helped me as calls are bring recorded. This was bad service from such a big bank. But the worse one was when I even went to the branch.
Hi I bought my car from Alpine VW Pinetown. The experience was phenomenal. But what excited me more was the after Sales Service. A lot of Dealers are more interested in Sales. What matters most is the service after sales that encourages one to buy again. I've been servicing my car with them from 2015. It's been professional. Andrew, my Service Professional has always been wonderful. He listens and give good advise. As vehicle drivers, we sometimes can't explain the problem we experience and that we need VW to attend to. He is always spot on and you'll get your vehicle in good working order. Also I appreciate the calls one gets during the day, giving update about the service on your car. I gladly takes these calls. This is my 13th vehicle and I was always traumatized by these calls as the dealer would only call when they found something else that's wrong. Something that doubles or triple the cost to repair the vehicle. Keep it up.
