Got notification that my parcel will be delivered today. And nothing has come. Tried their whatsapp line, useless robot replies. Called their delivery guy that I got on their website 4 times, no answer. Why send a "out for delivery" notification when you dont keep to your word. Uselesss !!!
Most Useless Courier Service in SA. Trying to find the driver so I can arrange with him a specific time, or for me to pick up my package at there Nelspruit hub. Struggled for over an hour on the phone with them. Still cannot get my package delivered. USELESS INCOMPETENCY AT ITS BEST !!!
I canceled my contract, going over to prepaid. Woke up this morning noticing my sim is already on prepaid, all my contract data and airtime gone. The contract is not supposed to end 5:30am on the 30th November, I would presume it would end midnight on 30th November. ****** me of a full day of all my data and airtime and smses. What a load of BS !!!
SHOPRITE - Sanlam Centre, Samora Machel Dr, Bell St, &, Mbombela, 1200 At the Shoprite in Nelspruit CBD, in the mornings when I go there in rush hour there is only 3 pay points open, and the queue stretch into the isles with at least 20 people in each of the queues. So today I very friendly asked the cashier , why when its rush hour in the morning there is only 3 pay points open, and he just ignored me, so I asked again assuming he did not hear me, and he ignored me again. The manager was standing next to us heard what I was asking, but he was too busy picking up girls and flirting. So I thought I would just leave it as I was totally ignored, and they know me there, I shop there almost every morning, so it was sad that they just ignored my friendly question. I mean there is about 30 to 40 pay points and only 3 are open in the mornings with the rush hour when people buying items quickly before worktime. Unacceptable if you ask me, at leased 8 plus pay points should be open in the mornings till about 9am.
Been asking these people to remove me from their mailing list for months and still receiving emails from them DAILY !!!! All I want is their emails out of my inbox everyday, Is that too much to ask...... And no there is no options for unsubbing !!!!
Game Illanga Mall in Nelspruit. What a disgrace, went shopping there Thursday 18th November, saw 80% of the Game staff in between the shelves with their arms full of goods, and one lady presumably a supervisor reading off of a list of specials still to come, maybe some black Friday deals. So much so they actually argued among each other because the product on shelves were finished, and there was no way for any regular customers to walk through the shelves because of the "Staff Black Friday" going on. Unacceptable if you ask me. How does a manager allow this to happen, no wonder on the day of the actual specials there is no product on the shelves. Well Done Game Illanga Mall Nelspruit !!!
Keep Calling me about an unpaid installment on an old WESBANK account. When I ask when did I miss an installment on the agreed payment installment, they just say hold on and drop the line after a few minutes. This is a lady named Charity that has been harassing me. The debit order have been going off my account as agreed for years, its impossible for me to miss a payment.... Plus the account wil be payed up in like 3 or 4 Months..... They keep calling and I keep telling them the same story...... STOP CALLING ME VVM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Took my car in for a service at Nelspruit Car Service City on 19/12/2019. Nothing wrong with the service, But the condition I got my vehicle back is unacceptable. 1. My black roof wrap is scratched. (New Wrap R600) 2. My dash is scratched. (New Dash Cover R650) 3. My plastic skid plate was dragging on the ground and hitting every little bump. (I managed to fix it myself) 4. Needless to say all the silver coins stolen out of the ashtray. (Got pictures of everything...) The worst part is that the owner ''Dirk'' was there and looked at the damages I showed him, and he just don't give a F,,,, Makes excuses for everything, Not even an apology.... Tells me the guys washing the cars don't wear jewelry or don't have long nails.... but I show him the scratches with the black shavings of the plastic been scratched while the car was there.... did not even say anything of the roof wrap.... AFTER going back a second time he said i can come in the next day so they can polish it.... when phoning to do in the next day the lady told me they are fully booked and closing for December.... Sadly I will never take my vehicle back to them and will never recommend them to anyone. And its very sad because the staff is helpful and very friendly. But I feel sorry for them with an owner like Dirk........
Received an sms saying that African Bank will deduct an additional amount of money to clear my loan faster..... The agreement was and is for a specified amount... you cannot just go and change the amount of the debit order as you please, THERE IS A STANDING AGREEMENT !!!! This is the second time this has happened in a few months.....
Been trying to get hold of them is impossible. Maybe they will call me back if i post here on Hello Peter ! On my ITC it shows that I have something from Glocell... i dont know what it is, after contacting Glocell that said I should call ********** 448 Nimble Group, coz the took over the outstanding dept.... I want to know for what this is as i dont know about this dept. So Nimble Group , please get back to me !!!!
