I made an urgent online "same day delivery" booking with The Courier Guy for a parcel from Nelspruit to Pretoria yesterday afternoon. First I had a payment issue where the system did not allow me to make an online payment. I then made an EFT payment and send my POP this morning at 09:00. I then had to beg them via e-mail to allocate the payment and send me a Waybill number, which I only received at 11:55 with a message that followed at 12:22 saying "collection failed attempt". I personally phoned the Nelspruit branch at 09:00 this morning, stressing the importance of this parcel reaching Pretoria by tomorrow as the parcel is for a wedding tomorrow. I was promised that pink stickers will be placed on the parcel to stress the importance of an urgent delivery. I am beyond frustrated with The Courier Guy. You cannot call the Nelspruit branch as they do not answer their telephones. I paid for a service that I did not receive and will not recommend them to anyone.
Fastway Couriers - I cannot complain about service, because there is no service. Phones unanswered, online chat starts and stops at the same time and the site is definately not user friendly, tracking system does not explain much, no ETA. Seems as if parcels are stuck at the depot for days.
I ordered two pairs of shoes from Bash online, which one pair is an absolute joy to wear and of good quality. The other is also of good quality, however extremely uncomfortable and hard to walk with as the top part of the shoe slips out while walking. They are also very noisy when walking.
Very poor service. Daily connectivity issues in West Acres, Nelspruit. Off for long periods, very frustrating.
I have made an EFT payment to the Makro Trade account on 28 May 2024 for my monthly RCS installment. It is now more than a month ago and the payment has still not been allocated to my account. I sent numerous emails and telephonically informed them about the payment with no joy. They just say that they have not received the payment, although my bank confirmed that the payment was received by Makro. They have now placed me onto ITC for non-payment for a payment that I have made. This money cannot be reversed by my bank and will be a huge loss if I have to loose the money.
My mom bought a gold chain and earrings on 16 February, 2024 and it is already broken. American Swiss checked the purchase on their system, found the purchase, but does not want to exchange, as they need the slip, which I do not have anymore. My mom tried a silver chain, which she purchased two days ago which also broke today. Same happened to my daughter's chain. Bad quality jewellery and they do not want to exchange.
Trying to cancel a 24-month contract that expired. Not responding to calls or to e-mails. In the meantime debit orders are raised for a service that is not needed.
No response whatsoever on e-mail send on Friday, 13 August 2021. Follow up e-mail send on Monday, 16 August 2021, still no response.
Debit order system a mess - getting unappropriate sms messages for something that is beyond my control. Incompetent and rude staff. Never in my life treated like this by my own banker. This is a brand new account and already I am treated like this. Makes me think - why did I ever change?
I’ve submitted a request on the 9th of August 2018 to cancel my ADSL Wi-Fi because of bad service delivery , however no response whatsoever from Telkom and they are still billing me. I am not receiving any service, however still receives monthly statements with so called "arrear amounts" for no service received. To date no one has contacted me, or provided me with feedback regarding this cancellation. I have tried to call without no joy as the phones are unanswered. I have gone to the branch who could not assist me as they need to work through head office and head office does not answer their phones even if their branches calls them. I have stopped my debit orders with my bank, however Telkom uses different amounts and references to raise debit orders. How can you bill a person for something they can not use? In my opinion it is criminal to charge for a service that is not delivered. This is becoming a nightmare and is already having a reflect on my ITC record. Stop prolonging this cancellation Telkom. This is unnecessary.
