I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Exact in Dobsonville Mall. On Monday at around 11:30, I came to lay-by a pink coat. When I arrived, there was an older lady assisting at the store. I politely asked for assistance, but she told me she could not help me because she was busy and that I should come back another time. As a customer who had travelled from far to make a purchase, I found this response very disappointing and unprofessional. Being told to leave and return another time instead of being assisted made me feel that customers are not valued at this store. It is concerning because no customer should be treated this way when they are ready to make a purchase. Experiences like this make one question whether customers at this location are respected and treated fairly. I hope this matter can be looked into so that other customers do not experience the same treatment in the future. My size was only available at the Dobsonville branch, and I travelled all the way from Struben Valley to get it. Imagine the time and petrol spent just to come to the store and be told that I cannot be assisted. Even after I explained that I had come from far, the lady showed no concern. She continued on her phone and simply said there was nothing she could do. As a customer who came ready to make a purchase, this was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I have been calling Imile for my refund for a month n half. They said I must send proof of bank so that they can refund me but they never did n they keep on ignoring my emails
We were at Zimbali this passed weekend , located at 28 club drive. They placed us to a horrible place, the accommodation was not worth the price that we paid for. The kitchen units were falling down others were locked with chains. Showers were broken. Taps were broken. Furniture was horrible, the legs of the sofas were tapped with brown tape. The pool was not clean. The sheets were not clean which is very unhygienic. It is not a place you should book people at considering that it was ove 10k. I am really angry because our money went down the drain for that accommodation
Telkom debited my account twice I called them more than 5 times they promised to refund my money back because they over charged me with debit order. This month again they debited me again with a huge amount of money after cancelling my contract which ended .and they renewed it without my consent wich is *****. I have called n emailed one of the consultants but never gotten any response.
Good day, I have been trying to get assistance for the past two weeks from hifi corp , but no1 was able to assist me. My husband n I closed the account because it is paid up. They advised that we come back after 3 working days for the paid up letter. Wen we went there they said they do not have and they advise us to write an email we did that n no response till this day. I went on their twitter page to get assistance n they said I must call their financial services wen we call we spoke to 5 different people with no success. Their customer service is ridiculous. I want to close the account because it has been paid up and I need the letter to prove stating that the acc has been closed

Good day, I asked for them to add 5 members on my policy and they added three, i then responded immediately that i do not want that policy because they have added only 3 members n should continue debiting for only 1 member which is me, they did not respond, never changed. N they dr my acc with 416. Without any agreement, I did not agree to that policy and i have emails to prove it
