What an absolutely fantastic experience at a government department! From start to finish, everything was smooth, efficient, and surprisingly pleasant. The process was incredibly well-organised. The lady at the front desk who handed out the forms and guided everyone on which register to complete was so friendly and professional, always smiling, patient, and genuinely helpful. It immediately set a positive tone. Then I was assisted by P. Khumalo for my licence renewal test, what an exceptional person! She was professional, courteous, and made the entire process effortless. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and kind in such a busy environment. The service overall was top-notch. I was in and out in under 15 minutes, which is almost unheard of in most government offices where people usually spend half the day waiting. Here, everyone was active, focused, and clearly committed to delivering great service — no one was dragging their feet. A big thank you to the entire team! You’re setting an amazing example of what efficient, people-centred public service should look like. Keep up the great work, we truly appreciate you!
I'm being harassed by Nu Debt Management for a COJ account that has nothing to do with me. Nu Debt is sending me messages, letters of demand, stating that owe COJ rates and taxes for a property that I don't own and I don't even know where it is situated. I phoned them 3 times and they keep on promising to obtain the correct information from COJ; however, they are still harassing me.
Sandridge Heights Apartments (Midrand): The worst place I've ever rented. I've only been staying at the apartment for less than a month and I regret everything about it. When I moved in there was no water for 8 days and I had to find a temporary place. I've sent emails, I called the head office and the person responsible for maintenance (Marko or Marco, if I'm not mistaken) was very rude. The apartment was filthy dirt, when I moved in. The place is so noise. On a separate note, I reported a leaking tap and 5 days later, the tap is still leaking and I haven't received any communication and my ticket has not been allocated to anyone. Water is not for free, I'm paying. I called the maintenance department and the same person answered (Marko or Marco), and she was very rude again and no solution was provided as to when the leaking tap is gonna be fixed. This is not acceptable at all, I'm paying rent on time and they can't fix a mere tap. I mean it will take less than 30 minutes to fix it. I would not recommend Sandridge Heights Apartments as a place to rent.
I have been contacting them via WhatsApp requesting my NSFAS statement for more than a year now. They always promise to send the statement but I've never received one. I'm not even sure if my payments are being allocated and if allocated, are being allocated correctly.
Entered onto a data contract with MTN on the 28/10/2021, as of today I cannot connect to the internet. I've called and I've emailed them but the problem still persists. No one is willing to assist.

I ordered some stuff from Planet54 during lockdown and They shipped my clothes through Aramex. I received my parcel within 2 days.
I ordered clothes from them, it only took them a day to fulfil the order. Excellent service.
They always deliver on time, excellent service. Their staff at Pickup Point Midrand (Big Bird Petroport, N1 Bridge Northbound) is very friendly.
I ordered from them on the 3rd of December 2019 and I only received my order on the 6th of Jan 2020. What a waste of money! Some of the stuff were Christmas gifts so I had to buy other stuff.
