Booking the appointment with the guys at Suzuki Montana was very quick and easy. The call center lady that called to assist with the booking was efficient. The service was quick and the shuttle service very efficient- big ups to the team for their efficiency. Spoke to Jacky Kekana after the service and he just added the cherry on top of the efficiency of their service. I'd recommend it to anyone at anytime.
I've been struggling to cancel my contract for 4 months. No response to email and cannot get through to the cancelation department.
The (ADT) Automated Deposit Teller machine at Jane Furse Standard Bank is faulty and the branch team is not helpful in such situations. On the 11-10-2024 we made deposit of R6500 and got a slip saying we deposited R5700. The other R200 notes that amount to R800 were consumed and never returned back to us. When we enquired with the branch staff on the same day as they were still open, they advised that they are waiting for their IT team. We completed the Auto Bank car suspect claim that was provided. ATM number 5,2,8,8 was the ATM that was used. We've been calling and going to check on the progress of this even after they had advised that they will revert back to us. To date we have not received anything.

I bought a pack of 2 liter coke soft drinks at Pick n Pay in Jane Furse. Upon serving two of bottles to our guests we discovered some floating items and had to discard the two bottles as we did not know if those foreign items are harmful or not. When I checked the remaining bottles, similar items are seen in all the bottles. How does one share a coke moment with the loved ones when such items are found in the sealed packaging? Clearly the correct checks are not done to ensure that all products are consumable.
I was called by their call center on the 13th of November 2023 to book my vehicle for service and I chose the date of the 12th of December 2023. When I arrived on the day, I was told that my car was not booked for service- their call center did not verify the booking with them. On the same day the call center called and scheduled another booking for the 15th of December 2023. When I got there I was sent back because they could not get authorization due to it being a public holiday. Do the two departments within the same organization not communicate and know their process...I have never felt so exasperated by a service provider who keeps wasting my time and fuel

Booked a Bus ticket to Durban from Johannesburg Park Station, departure time was 22:00, the bus was delayed by 30 minutes and no communication was sent. No one at the terminals was able to advise, they communicated the delay only after calling the call center, when they advised that the bus will be there in about 15 minutes, and of course it was an estimate. To add the cherry on top, the charging points on the were not working.

The online booking does not have an option to indicate if it is your birthday meanwhile we are required to book prior to arrival. Booked for 3 people and the cashier tells us that the birthday discount does not work for online bookings. Why are we required to book online if the system is not smart enough to cater for the discounts in place.
