Im trying to put in a claim for my TV that i bought on account at Bradlows Southgate on the 27/11/2022. 03/02/2024 While moving i wrapped it with a thick blanket and secured it on the back of van it was the only item on the back of the van as the rest of the goods was on a hired trailer. But at my new place of residence my TV screen was cracked when we installed it. I then called abacus the insurance that is included in my monthly installment they then sent me forms and advised me to go to the store for them to process the claim the lady then told that she will process the claim and i should only send the serial number. A company called Mastercare came to collect my TV for repairs. It's been two weeks now. I called Bradlows Southgate to follow up. According to the sales person (Sanna). Bradlows headquarters and The supplier says that this falls under negligence and i should pay cash for repair and want to convince me the Tv fell. When i call the insurance Abacus they can't find a claim on there system and they do cover for such incidents and i should not pay. #1 HOW CAN BRADLOWS HEADQUARTERS AND THE SUPPLIER DECIDE FOR THE INSURANCE without putting in a claim? #2 the lady wants to convince me the TV fell as if she was with me the day i moved.
clientele goes in my account and debit and debit the why they feel like we agreed that they should collect on the 1st of every month. Yet without my consent they collect on the 15nd and the 23rd of FeB without calling me to make any arrangements or let me know. I get paid fortnight and the second fortnight wich is the month end is very important for me. They can call to make arrangements in order for me to know I find this very alarming and inconsiderate.
I have debit order mandates for pertculer dates agreed with my collectors. As this is very important for me because i get paid fortnight. I recently discovered that Capitec now does not allow debit order disputes anymore and collectors just go in my account on any date without my concent to debit my account. I called Capitec bank to find out why this is happening. All the lady says to is mandatory debit orders can not be disputed. Without even asking who she is speaking to or even go in my account to check what is happening. I find this very disturbing Capitec for not keeping us in control as they promised
On the 12 October 2023 i was waiting on someone in the mall and the person was 30 min late. So i decided to go to bradlows just query on a settlement amount would be if i decide to settle. Bradlows then called CONNECT FINANCIAL SALUTATIONS to take me through the process. I was advised by a in store sales agent that this was not gonna improve my credit score as times has changed and that i should finish my contract term agreement. On the 13 Oct 2023 i called CONNECT FINANCIAL SALUTATIONS to have this cancelled and according to my knowledge it was it got cancelled and I could just go on paying my normal installment. However today on the 06 Feb 2024 i received an email from CONNECT FINANCIAL SALUTATIONS a BROKEN PTP statement. Stating that i should make an immediate payment of R15000. To avoid unnecessary cost. My account is up to date NO ARREARS. THIS IS CREDIT HARASSMENT PLEASE ADVISE?

I got offered a contract from MTN for data sim on my current prepaid sim but now all the other benefits i had on this number like voice and other bundles i can't get because I'm on this contract now. I'm using this number for business and buying voice bundles is very important for me. I tried to contact MTN and no one can help me with this mater i get transferred from on department to the other until the phone cut off and don't even receive a call back from MTN. This mater is effecting my business and costing me more money
Finchoice Duplicated my personal loan account at the credit bureaus. 1. Finchoice Africa 2. Finchoice I have settled my account in full on the 10/17/2022. Now my account has closed at the credit bureaus. But the duplicate still remains open. This needs to be solved please I have called Finchoice multiple times but it seems like they don't understand my dispute.
cartrack has become a horror seriously. My cartrack contract ended in June 2022 and was paid up to date. Yet I still get sms for outstanding amount. After confirming via a call from cartrack that I do not want to continue with my contract. I really wouldn't recommend cartrack to anyone really.

I made a settlement arrangement with HP Attorneys settled my FNB loan. I settled my the account with the amount agreed with HP Attorneys. Now we are waiting for FNB to close the account But this is not happening. My Account has been updated on my Credit profile stil has an opening balance of R273. I called HP according to the account is paid up and nothing should be paid further. But now because of the balance my account is reflecting as unpaid on my credit report and putting me in a negative. Why must we consumers be treated like this. We trying to the right thing but yet But yet creditors just want hold us back.
