appalling Service, *********** and unprofessional people including managers Useless WhatsApp service
I went to apply a ******** checks certificate at Postnet Waterfall Corner on Tuesday 02nd September and I paid R360 which is "supposed" to be fast tracked and get it within 5-6 hours which obviously didn't happen. I waited up to 24hrs and still nothing and I called them I was asked to send through my ID number via Whatsapp and they will check for it and no one bothered to look at the WhatsApp messages I sent. I called back again on Thursday the 04th and was told the same thing to send a WhatsApp with my ID number for them to check and get back to me and I did that again and as usual no one bothered to check or at least give me a call back. Up until this day I am still waiting so all I am expecting is my money back so I can go and get this information somewhere else.
My car broke down this morning while on my way to work. I called My insurance (MiWay) I got through in no time and spoke to a guy by the name of Bheki Sebegoe who was very efficient and ensured I stay calm as I was panicking. He told me the tow truck will come within 45 minutes and it actually came in just a few under 30 minutes.
I have been having a very bad experience lately with uber. Whenever I request a trip and pay by card it's either I end up being charged double the amount of my trip or there is an extra amount that get debited from my card later after my trip. I took this up with them and the only explanation I get is that the amount debited after my trip was a hold but they refuse to refund me that amount it has now been 5 days after that amount was debited and I haven't received my money back yet.
Erase Debt SA is a ****. I contacted them as I needed help in getting my credit score up. The very 1st day I asked to talk to the manager as the information Information I was getting was contradicting I spoke to the guy by the name of "David" as he said he is the manager, well I guess he was a manager just for that day cause every time I called in and ask to speak to him he was never available. After making the 1st payment I had to call them to ask what is happening as time was passing by and no one was communicating with me as promised. I had to chase after them every time I needed to find out what is happening. Until I was told that they could not help me in getting my score up and they gave me excuses instead of reasons as promised. They refuse to give my money back as they could not help me. I want to raise awareness and let people know so that they don't fall for such ****mers.
I am very disgusted by the service I've been getting from MTN since yesterday. I have been calling their call center for assistance and I have been transferred from one department to another and ended up being cut off. Their consultants are very rude and unprofessional. I have called several times and the very same thing kept happening. Even this morning the very same thing is still happening.
I bought hair on the 16th of December, I only used the hair once and unfortunately it was not quality hair it's not Brazilian or Peruvian like they advertise on their social media. The hair tangles and I took it back to them for exchange sat and waited at the salon for a guy called Tshepo but he never came and when I called him he was very rude and ended up dropping my calls..I am going to take this further..
I have written a complaint on hallo Peter last week Wednesday about Capitec and I got a call back from them the following day and I was promised that my problem will be resolved within 24hrs and I will get a call back to confirm this up until this day I never heard anything back from them. I have been calling since this morning and all I'm getting is being pushed from pillar to post this is the worst service I've ever received from any bank. I am going to close my account and take my business to another deserving bank. They keep on transferring me from one department to another and neither of them is able to assist me Disgusting and pathetic service ever.
I have been receiving an extremely bad service from Capitec bank, whenever i call them and give them my ID number i get told that my account doesn't exist or is inactive I have been trying to apply for credit with them over the phone as i did not have time to go to the branch and i get told that they cannot get a statement as my account is inactive however i only have an account with capitec and all my transactions are there. I have gone to the branch several times to request that this inactive account should be closed cause im not aware of it since last year but up until this day nothing has been done.
I've had a very bad experience with Old Mutual. I have a funeral policy and had to submit a claim in Aug and I was told that I'm still under waiting period whereas I had already paid the 6 premiums. The excuse that I got is very lame and doesn't make sense it actually disputes what is written on the contract that I got when I signed up for the policy. I will not let them get away with this. I will never recommend the old mutual funeral cover to anyone.
