Agents answered within less than 30 seconds and expertly guided me through the claims process, and then patiently guided me through the cancellation of my claim. I also appreciated the calm way in which the agents introduced themselves, pronouncing their names clearly to facilitate communication. It was very reassuring to experience how this company operates.
HOW I SOLD MY CAR IN UNDER 30 MINUTES A few weeks ago I took my car to Webuycars in Rustenburg after having received some quotes from other pre-owned car dealers. They took about 10 minutes to inspect the vehicle and it took another 10 minutes and offered me a most generous quote, which I immediately accepted. The paperwork took another 10 minutes or so and the money was in my bank account before I left their office. Amazing service!

Things not looking so great over at the AA website and the AA mobile app. For the past two days I have not been able to access my subscriptions on the website. Then I tried to access these on my phone, to be informed to that no member subscription exists! I have been a member uninterruptedly for more than 30 years.
Exceptional service! Goods picked up as arranged on my farm in NW and delivered to central Durban in 48 hours. Driver and his helper courteous and professional. I was kept informed by email all along and was able to track to parcel. I could not have asked for more. Thank you and good wishes to all the staff over the festive season.

Of late I am finding an excessive number of pieces of husk in Jungle Oats, sometimes as many as 8 per serving. I hope this is a temporary problem. Meanwhile my family has changed to another brand.

I have a concern about possible manipulation of prices by Takealot. Not saying it is so, but I have now encountered two instances when I had placed an item on my wishlist and returned a few days later to discover that the price of the item has been increased. Today one item has risen in price by 20%. This causes me to distrust this retailer. I understand that prices vary from time to time, but within days, and now twice? Hmmm...
