I have had an amazing 🤩 experience with the service received by Prisca at Renew It, infact from the first day of getting a quote from Peter m, then booking from Nicole. Prisca made sure I was informed with the status of the vehicle and never once did I have to call and follow up. The new WhatsApp service that they are using is amazing and upon collecting my vehicle at reception they ensure I am well received and offered a drink while Prisca went to collect my vehicle which I found very clean and job was done perfect. Thank you very much. 🙏
A VERY BAD SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE BY HOLLARD INSURANCE AND BROKER BUDDY What a bad and unpleasant experience from Hollard Insurance and Broker Buddy, it's now 52 days without my claim being resolved and they are trying by all means to deal my car insurance claim. I was involved in an incident, where I drove underneath an object that damaged my transmission pump, thank God, I made it home safe, then towed my vehicle to Mercedes Benz and called my insurance to lodge a claim. They sent their assessor named Junior, who came back and put in writing that the insurance should settle the claim in cash according to his findings. Then the delay tactics started when I was told they have appointed another investigator for reviews what their assessor has come back with, gave the gentleman all the details he needed, which took another month and yesterday they told my broker that they will finalize by the 18/09/2024 at 12h00, still no feedback. I had the incident on the 28/07/2024, and every time I need feedback, I must be the one sending an email, no customer satisfaction whatsoever. I have sent back-to-back emails asking for feedback on the following dates since the accident, 03/08/2024, 06/08/2024, 15/08/2024, 19/08/2024, 29/08/2024, 06/09/2024, 12/09,2024 and the latest was 17/09/2024 and I was told feedback will be done the following day, still nothing I guess I must make my own follow up yet again. I took time to review some of the customer experiences on Hello Peter about Hollard Insurance and over 2000 bad experiences and I just realized that I am not the only one experiencing such a VERY BAD SERVICE from the Hollard Insurance and Broker Buddies. The car hire is now due in few 3 days' time, yet my vehicle claim is not near being resolved and I will have no vehicle, while I am paying for my car instalment and continue paying for my insurance premiums. THIS IS THE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY 19 YEARS OF HAVING UNINTERUPTED INSURANCE COVER. These are just starting to be delay tactic norm by the insurance to avoid settling for our claims, i mean if they have appointed the first assessor who came back with finding that the claim must be settled, all of a sudden, they appoint the second investigator who takes longer to come back with findings.

What a ****ty experience and service from @FNB I have been struggling to get show terminals speed points for over couple of days. 😡 and when they were now assigned I had to struggling with an agent from Gijima.. and my business can’t run without speed points yet they charge for the service. I need to move my business where I being appreciated.
What a ****ty experience from Airlink, been stuck at East London airport from 12:35 and next flight is assumed to be 19:15. 7 hours delay due to technical issues is the worse ever and the communication is even worse. And even on Sunday the same issue. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to book with them ever.
The struggling of owning a Mercedes Benz lately is you struggle to get parts for your vehicle, late last year I waited 2 months for brake pads, no again it’s been over 2 months again for rear bumper cover. The worst part is they can’t even confirm when will the part arrive from German. I have tried different Mercedes Benz in Gauteng 😡 Maybe it’s time to shop for another brand, because this is insane.
A very bad experience from Vodacom network, my 20G was depleted in literary a day and half, I called the customer and a lady named Kiki couldn’t assist, I bought a 4G then after and was depleted with 30mins I was forced to buy another 4G which Depleted in 4hours like what the hell, I don’t even have apps running in the background. So I’m just under 2 days more that 30G depleted and no one know what happened to my data and I guess I must buy again. It’s the first time experiencing such, been with Vodacom for over 10 years and on the Red VIP package. I hate the fact that I can’t be compensated my data and I must keep buying yet no one can give me answers.
I met the owner of The Construction Guys GARY PETERS at Ebotse Golf Estate when I saw his marketing trailer outside the Estate premises. He managed to do a quote to renovate my home at a cost of R180 000 in Nov 2019 and insisted I pay him deposit of which I did of R95 000 and later requested an additional amount which I gave him R55 000, came and took off the entire tiles of my complex which was in a duration on November and redo the ceiling, Then after problems started escalating when I learnt that he was not paying he’s workers and they refused to come to work. January 24th 2020 the job is still outstanding I ended up having to buy my own material to be in a process of finishing the job because he’s excuse is that he’s waiting for money from he’s other clients. I learnt that this is how he scams people because I’m not the only victim and I know I’m not the last either, because he scams people while promising them to to renovate their homes, Imagine you took a loan to redo your house then you meet people like Gary Peters that will come and demolish your house and leave it like that and avoids your calls and the contractors calls. This guy deserved to be jailed because there are lots of victims that he has scammed with he’s smooth operation, Gary Peters +27 81 815 2765 of The Construction Guys is a SCAMMER !!!!!!!!! BE WARNED
The call centre at Alex forbes Insurance is the worst ever, I was on hold for over 40mins and once I got in a consultant dropped the call on me, till haven’t found joy in my claim.
