I upgraded in March & requested that they give me a deal equivalent to the previous one, so they agreed, after two months when I made my normal monthly payments, they said I have outstanding balance. When I asked they said on the upgrade the amount was higher, but I had a discount for two months, thats why I was paying my normal fee... I could have never agreed to the amount I can't afford. Now I'm going to default as I don't afford to pay the extra money.
I was upgraded unaware and told I needed to pay anyway. I chose a package I can afford, why am I forced to pay an expensive package? When contacting them, I'm just told to pay.

I don't understand what sense does it make when children are expected to be at school from 6:30 am until 5:00 pm, that's more than 10 hours each day and still have to attend during the weekend. This sounds like violations of children's rights. Children are tired when they get home and tired in the morning.
I requested a ride and money went out of my account, but I got a message that there were no available rides, this happened 3 times. I logged this on the App, but I'm told there is a temporary hold, which they did not advise as to why. This has been a huge inconvenience as I needed the money.
They had a " buy a bed & get a free sheet set", I bought two beds & I'm still waiting for my free gifts. I believe this company lured us to buy by promising us free gifts. I called in a lot of times, sent emails, but one is able to answer me.
I deposited money & was never credited, they keep on requesting for proof, but nothing happens after that. You wait for hours to be assisted on thir live chat & they disconnect you before solving the issue. This company never even makes time to acknowledge our complaints.
Please if you schedule a delivery stick to it, I think it's not fair if you schedule & reschedule when it suits the company. You have sent an email saying that I will receive my order on Tuesday & now I received an email at 2am, saying that its scheduled for Monday how do I make arrangements to be there? it's not the first time you do this and it's inconvenient as we are humans, not robots..
I wish people would read reviews before singing, after a month I'm still sitting with an inactive sim card. Every time I contact them I'm promised either a 48 or 72 hours wait, but I have waited for a month.
