I Ordered cupboards for a flatlet on the 15th of July, the delivery date was set out for 9-11 days after the date ordered. After numerous phone calls no one still knows where my order is or when I will receive it. This is delaying my building project. I would please like to speak to someone who will be capable to deal with this as well as the claim I want to submit for the delays.
I thought of going over to Vodacom and searched for online deals at Vodacom. I saw this deal online for an IPhone 7 with 2gb data 300min and 150sms for R200 and placed my order (luckily I took a screenshot) they send me a confirmation email and said that they will contact me within the next 24 hours. When they didnt phone I phoned them to confirm my order, then they said that deal was a mistake. Now I call it false advertising and I am very unhappy with the service! Bunch of crooks! They advertise one thing but want to give you something completly different!
I phoned to place an order at KFC TZANEEN and they refused to help me, they said they only do online orders. Which is ridiculous I dont have data to download the app and place an order. I expect better service!!
I purchased a Hisense Front loader at Game Store Tzaneen in Limpopo on the 3rd of November 2021 (Wednesday). There was no stock in the storeroom but there was 1 item on display. I requested that they give me the one on display but the floor manager (Rodney Motloutsi) refused and said that they are expecting stock on the Sunday and I can come collect it then. On my arrival, he then said that they did not receive any delivery and that I should try on the Wednesday ( 10 Nov). On Wednesday the sales rep said that they delivered the wrong item (8kg instead of 9kg). He further requested I come check on Sunday (14 Nov) on their next delivery. On my arrival he said that they did not deliver but there is stock (8 items) at the Polokwane warehouse which is a 100km from the store. He then said he will try get the delivery for Wednesday 17 Nov. On my arrival, he then said that he failed to get it and he was actually doing me a favour. Its actually my responsibility to get the item to the store and I should drive to the warehouse and collect it myself. I have tried involving other people to assist but he keeps making up stories that they haven't had delivery since the 3rd of November. This is so against Game Store Ethics Code and I don't believe they stand for such behaviour, I would I appreciate if they rectify this matter and attend to this matter urgently. The next delivery is on Sunday (21 November). I have patiently waited and I have run out. Please assist
My Ford Ranger has 29 000kms on the clock and this morning on my way back home it didn't want to start. Called road side assistance and they orginized the tow truck to Nelspruit Ford. Now i am stuck in Nelspruit, Nelspruit Ford can't assist me with a courtesy vehicle to get home (Tzaneen). This is very poor service. I am not a satisfied customer at the moment. Theres always problems with Ford!

On the pamphlet they say free installation, but when the came to lay the fibre they charged R50/m. This is poor service and misleading. I won't recomment you to anyone. From Tzaneen

I Logged an complaint about 3 weeks ago about mtn steeling my data. I am paying for 20gb day data and 20gb night data, but I am only getting 10gb day data and 20 gb night data. They said they will resolve this issue within 7 days, but its now 3 weeks. Is this because they now that they are guilty and they just ignore the fact of steeling peoples money? I won't pay a cent to mtn until they pay me back. Mtn you are thieves and I will make sure everyone will now this.
MTN is stealing my data. I signed up for a mtnchoice 10gb which consists of 20gb day time data and 20gb night time data. for 9 months now ive been receiving only 10gb day time data and 10gb night time data but i pay the full price. This is daylight robbery.
