I swear the people who do the packaging for my runway are either mentally retarded or come to work drunk/high. 4 of my latest orders came with 1 size down (all items inside) and I have no idea why they think that's acceptable. I have been buying from my runway (when it was stiill runway sale and actually professiional) since before COVID but I don't like what it has turned to. Now I have no idea if they hire pharas to do packaging so they can save money or what... I am really sick of their nonsense.
I would like to share my disgust with the store manager of Boxer Vryheid 2 (the one in the mall). This guy, Mr Mngomezulu thinks the girls who are hired by the store on a temporary basis are placed there to ***ually please him. He is currently going out with 4 girls at the same time (3 of them are till packers while the other is a fridge packer and their names will be kept confidential since they are victims and deserve to be protected). I would like to know how such a *****ed behaviour is tolerated from a manager of a big retail store like Boxer. A relationship between a store manager and an employee of any establishment is totally prohibited (it’s immoral) because usually the superior person uses his power to manipulate an employee into a relationship… This ***** here has an audacity to sleep with 4 vulnerable girls from the same work place at the same time behind their backs, basically he is degrading these girls and treating them like property, definitely not like human beings which is a form of women abuse. I won’t be surprised if one or more of these girls want to break up with him already but can’t out of fear to be fired because they need the money to provide for their families, so basically it’s like being held hostage in a relationship. That is why such immoral relationships are prohibited in work places because the vulnerable party ends up being at the mercy of the abuser. Can this guy justify how he thinks such a behaviour is allowed from him, he is supposed to be protecting his staff but he is doing the complete opposite… where are these guys morals? Did the store or whoever trained him to be a manager not teach him this?
Cell C had been deducting R1300 from my account instead of R800 from my account since 2019 March for almost 2 years. I called cell C, no firstly I contacted the ****mer that sold the fibre to me (Ashley Pillay, based in Durban) and he told me there was nothing he can do, I was not surprised anyway because he had already collected his comission from cell C, so at that point I was nothing but just a statistic to him (I have WhatsApp messages as proof). I then called, emailed cell C and even wrote my dilemma on hello peter of which I ended up getting responses (emails and phone calls) that the service will be terminated and the amount they have been taking from me will be used as a store credit. I was excited to hear this but the month ended and the same amount was deducted and this happened for like 4 more months or so, after I was promised that the issue will be fixed. I got frustrated and realized I did not want to be cell c’s victim anymore. So every time they deduct the R1300, I would reverse it… I did this for 5 months I think until they became frustrated and terminated my contract and I gladly went to sign up with Mweb and they have been awesome! This seemed like my only option to be honest because otherwise Cell C would still be billing me R400 extra than what they are supposed to bill me even today. Anywho… few months down the line, some annoying debt collectors started calling me and telling me that I am owing cell C seven thousand rands and some change. I kept telling them I don’t owe Cell C ****, instead Cell C owes me for ripping me off for 2 whole years but unfortunately these were not intelligent people so they kept calling and telling me the same story and you could see that my response is not recorded anywhere in their database. Almost every day I am harassed by the same people and none of them gets what I am saying. I am really frustrated at the moment because cell C is out to ruin my credit record when they are the ones who were being inefficient and unprofessional. Can they sort this out before it gets out of control because I really can’t pay for something I cancelled 2 years prior and was still billed for. The fibre is not a fixed term contract so I am supposed to be able to change the service anytime I like but cell C’s billing staff was not well trained to fix this and stop the unnecessary billing from happening. This is the ticket number: Ticket # [CF094270] , have had it since 2019. I have emails as proof where I was promised heaven and earth regarding the cancellation of the extra service I had cancelled.
I have to say that my husband and I are highly disappointed by the service we received from SA Homeloans when we tried to apply for a home loan extension to turn our current home into our dream home. A lending consultant by the name of Cindy Munusamy had so much arrogance and attitude, it was repulsive! Treating my husband like a piece of garbage. We filled in the loan application forms…sent them back together with 3 months bank statements, payslip, highlighted lease agreements (for easy perusal) and an additional excel spreadsheet where I wrote a name of each tenant, the amount they are paying and also went as far as writing the reference each tenant uses. Upon receiving these documents, the mighty (NOT) Cindy told us that WE should highlight the rent from the tenants in all the bank statements, fill in some form with lease agreements details, and other stupid forms that she wanted us to take care of instead of her doing it! You would swear the loan we are applying for will be deducted from her salary, so she wants us to suffer for it. I am confused if we do all these things for her, then what does she get to do? Just seat on her ass the whole day and pretend to own the company? I am sorry but I don't accept such attitude from anyone, especially someone who is meant to help me and is getting paid to do so. This lady had the audacity to shout at my husband like as if he was her child just because he called her on her cell phone number... Lady if you don't want to be called on your cell number then ****en remove than number from your profile because my husband is not a sangoma, so he didn't know that calling you on it was a crime! People need to drop the attitude of thinking they are better than others just because of the colour of their skin, it’s very sickening. Who the hell shouts at a grown ass man? Unless they feel superior than whoever they are illtreating. She also went as far as playing detective… telling my husband that he needs to go to the court to make some declaration because his signature is apparently not as before… I mean who is a know it all that much? It’s just very annoying. I am seriously not sure if she was having boyfriend trouble that day or just a bad consultante with a stinky attitude. If this is how she treats customers, I wonder how many potential customers for SA homeloans she has chased away! Workers who possess zero people’s skills should not be made to work with people, it’s unfair on the people they deal with We were so badly treated and victimised by this lay we are considering to moving our loan to FNB since my husband has a private banker there who is willing to do his job at all times and has amicable customer service skills.
Terrible stuff with stinky attitude at Tatso isibaya The variety of food is not that much to begin with but if customer service was above average, I really would not mind. Most of the servers at this place are awful. I went to Tatso on the 24rd of October 2021. The ladies that were serving at the very limited options meat station had a bit of an attitude. They chose how much they dish for people which is outrageous because it's a buffet so supposed to be as much as one wants. And if you ask a piece (just a piece of fish that is already cut in half extra) they make you feel so uncomfortable. This is just wrong because the restaurant is categorized as a buffet and in a buffet, there are no portion limits. But the worst server with the stickiest attitude was the lady at the dessert station. She was so negative, depressing, annoying of them all by far. I did not get her name since she did not have a name tag but she was serving desert between 7;30 and 8:30 PM. She just does not give a ****, you would swear someone forced her to work at this place. I only took half a piece of cheese cake and the smallest slice of carrot cake on a side plate. When I asked her for Soji, she wanted to add it on the side plate but problem is that soji is served with ice cream and I told her she can’t mix two completely different types of desserts, she became so angry you'd swear I had offended her. I really don't understand why people with zero people's skills are made to work with customers in this restaurant, it’s like the management does not give a **** also about the quality of customer service because everyone can see a stinky attitude even from a distance and yet they sweep this under the carpet.
I bought a ticket to Pinetown from Pretoria on the 5th of Jauly. The bus left Pretoria at 18:30, as we were approaching Pinetown, the driver refused to take me to Pinetown and passed with me all the wat to Durban at around 3 am. If I knew this bus was a piece of **** like this, I would have bought a ticket from reputable companies. The driver is rude and seemed drunk to me so it's a shame for this company to hire such lowlife people who will run their business to the ground.
I have been depressed due to Nedbank's lack of professionalism. On the 2nd of March I deposited R6900 at a Nedbank ATM in Pinetown. After inserting the money, the ATM kept on saying verifying notes and this went on for a while in such a way that I could tell that something was wrong. After a while, the ATM produced a receipt for me telling me to go to a branch because the ATM cannot verify how much I had deposited. I went to a branch, reported what had happened and the amount of money swallowed by the ATM and a nice lady I found there reported this to Nedbank and told me that all will be well, all I have to do is to wait 3-5 business days: which is crazy in case I needed to make an urgent payment but fortunately I did not so I waited patiently. After 3 days, I was shocked and confused when Nedbank then all of a sudden made the money I deposited accessible to me and the most confusing part was that instead of R6900 I received R4780, I was so angry and called Nedbank customer care and I was told that this is the money that was not accounted for by the people who count money or whatever and that there is nothing that can be done. What is annoying and incompetent of Nedbank is that this was money for my tenants and there is no tenant of mine whose rent is in multiple of twenties, all the rent money is in multiple of hundreds but the so-called Nedbank money counters found R4780, thieves! I really believe that my money was stolen by someone from Nedbank after they heard there was an ATM malfunction during a deposit... But Nedbank is too dumb to investigate and find out what really happened to the rest of my money all they are good at is taking the easy way out of: there is nothing that they can do... This was a real shock/turn off to me because instead of just being a Nedbank customer that deposited money in their ATM I am now a victim because Nedbank robbed me and they have gotten away with it. It really is unfair because all I wanted was to just deposit money and unfortunately things backfired for me. So my question is, why doesn't Nedbank service their ATMs and make sure that all the ATMs are in a good working condition before people use them? It is really ****ed up that I have been robbed of R2,120 which is a lot of money and instead for Nedbank to take responsibility I'm told there is nothing that can be done. This is really ****ed up and depositing inside is not an option since it's so expensive. I even feel like that is a strategy on it's own to scam people with their ****ed up ATMs that don't get serviced on a regular basis obviously.
I opted to upgrade my cartrack tracker about twoo weeks ago. The same day cartrack deducted my money but up until today no one has even bothered to call me and setup an appointment to actually come and upgrade the tracker (do what they have already charged me for). I expected cartrack Pinetown to have called me by now if they focus on doing their jobs at all. The most annoying thing now is that I have been trying to call cartrack Pinetown the whole day and no one answers the phone. All I hear is their annoying robbot voice-over at my expense since as soon as the phone rings the voice-over takes over while your airtime disappears and after like 15 mins still no answer and the voiceoover thing would ask you to rate their service, I mean what service? Cartrack customer service has been very pathetic lately (It's not the first time I've been put on hold until I get frustrated). The sad part is that it's supposed to be the best customer service since it deals with cars that could get stolen, so basically my car could be in Lesotho by now while still trying to get cartrack to answer my call. They are so quick to take your money and then do the opposite to deliver. Can my tracker be upgraded ASAP or else come and remove the existing one and I will signup with another company.
To say I am dissapointed by superbalist is an understatement. I stayed up on thursday waiting to shop the balck friday sale at midnight. I purchased christmas gifts for my family and the delivery estimate was 2 of November. My order number is: Order no: 9771481. So superbalist decided to deliver my order on a sunday afternoon without any notice or whatsoever! So now I just checked my oder status and it's saying cancelled because apparently the driver made multiple attemps to deliver the order (on a Sunday). I requested the order to be delivered to my job (at the university) because I noticed that it will be delivered on a weekday. So the driver made multiple attemps to deliver my order at the university on a sunday... Like don't I have a life? Does superbalist expet me to be waiting outide the university gate the whole weekend waiting for my delivery? What annoys me the most is that the driver didn't even call me to tell me about the delivery. I am very unhappy and feel like I have been treated very unfairly considering all the support I have been giving to superbalist. That day alone I spent a lot of money buying from them so I really don't deserve this BS at all. I don't know why a refund would be processed to me just because of a failed sunday delivery... Can this be fixed because I need the things I purchased, my sleepless night can't be in vain. This is really very unprofessional.
I am so sick and tired of Cell C. This so called service provider has been scamming me since last year March. I have complained on hello peter like 3 months ago and I got a "reply" from cell c that my issue will be sorted but up until today nothing has been sorted. Instead after my hello peter complaint, cell C went ahead and closed my ticket: CF094270 that had been opened for months from my initial complaint rather than sorting out the scamming issue. Today I was billed yet R400 extra by cell c: R1299 instead of R899. It's obvious that this company is scamming customers and why anyone has not registered cell c under a list of professional cyber criminals is beyond me. I am so frustrated and even considering closing my bank account and opening another one just because of cell c because for how long will I continue having cell c invading my privacy and doing whatever they like on my salary. Worst part of it is that out of frustration I attempted to cancel their stupid fiber last month but to my surprise there is no history of such even though I have a ticket number: CF164356 When you call cell c customer care: all the people who answer your call keep asking stupid questions, making you wait on the phone for so long (mind you I'd be calling with my mtn number so standard rates apply) and palying superman "being there to rescue you" and they never do because I am still scammed and I am so disgusted. To all the people who didn't read my previous complaint, it is below: I am so sick and tired of cell c's unprofessionalism. This piece of **** company has been billing me R1300 instead of R800 since 2019 March. I have made countless calls, lodged countless complains, been given countless stupid references, been giving false promises to "fix" this and yet once again cell c has just deducted another R1300 from my account today. Their customer service representatives have very questionable skills when it comes to dealing with certain matters, they have this habit of playing dumb and it always ****es me off because sometimes you feel like you are talking to a kindergartener when talking to them and yet you will be using your airtime... If you could see the conversation history between me and them, you will be ashamed for them/just be sad. What really do I have to do in order for cell C to start taking my complain serious? I requested a refund of all the money this piece of garbage company has stolen from me and I have not received any so far. In fact it's like I never lodged any query because things are still continuig like the way they were more than a year ago!!! Does one need to take drastic stepsin order for cell c to pay attention/rectify their mistake? I am so sick and tired I swear, in fact I am going to cancel their stupid fiber and go for mweb because their service has been awesome so far. The cell c's fiber internet is not even that great to begin with (and I am not making this an issue at all coz I have other alternatives I am using) but on top of that I am being scammed!
