They is no different between Akeso Parktown and public hospitals, I stay for 12 days bathing with cold water. And surtuday they was no drop of water. We're dirt for the holy day image. We ve tryed to complain but bo change. We rather be street people instat of bathing with cold water it's freezing here.
We have a home loan under Standard bank,my husband was the one who was paying it,because my salary is very smaller than a bond stalment.He lost his job due to civic 19 pandemic affected,a company could not afford to pay him,reduced his salary by 80% he was unable even to travel to work then he left the job.we went to Standard bank home loan to report our matter in due time,(making arrangements) First consultant said she is transferring us to the consultant that going to help us,month end the another consultant called us saying that we miss the payment and we explain same story again why?.before end of the month end may 4 or 5 consultant called us and we have to explain same story about miss payment and all of them promise us that they are going hand over our matter to the people that are going to help us interms of arrangements or extension ,after 3 months our account was handed over to debt collectors who told us that if we don't pay all the money we are owing plus interest,we will be homeless starting from this December (bank repossessed the house),my question is was it no other way to help us like clients or to reduced the stalment until we stand up with our feets or extension of 6 months maybe.and they discussed this with my husband only not me as we are married in community property,just a surprise.leaving me in a huge stress and anxiety i can't even go to work thinking of me and my kids staying in the street in December
I register a booking course at 2015 and i ask one of the consultant to advise me with something that will accommodate my shift at work course my shift keep on changing .but one when i was attending my class i couldn't log in they told me that my contract has been expired i was so suprise and they told me that i know exact coz i was once study at Boston long time ago .and they told me i must pay all the money for that course as the contract says .th thing is they call me to pay coz im still owing the school yet i paid everything dispute of not successful having my certificate. And i have a proof of payment of R00.and they hand over me to their debt collects .
Im using taxify(bolt)since 2018 and they was no problem except when you are using the credit card coz they over charge you and when you request a drive agree to come and fetch you and when he arrived he will tell you that he is not going especially tax rank coz they are not safe but the taxfy will still debited the money thou the didn't take you .But my issue today is someone is using my information for the past 4 weeks i receiving a recipient of using bolt but im not taking bolt this days coz I'm not going anywhere but someone is using my information for and discount for bolt that gave me its going to that person and i can't contact them coz they is no information to contact them or complaint.
I went to spca Sandton because my puppy was not well and i thout is sheap compare to animal private hospital. First we pay R400 + they gave puppy some medication and advise us if the dog does recover we must return him and after 3 days we went back because my puppy was still not well .they told us to pay the admition fee because they going to admitt the puppy and they told us they will change R1500 .and we told them that we don't have now and we are taking him back home they said by law animals when they are sick they don't give people to return back with them.and said to us we must leave they will call us when the dog is fine .but they didn't,after some times we went there with that R1500 to take our puppy back we found out that our puppy is no more they sold it without our permission not even a call from them or sms saying we must come and collect our puppy .they just told us they come to our home to report it but they didn't get anyone there and when we ask about our money that we 've already spent there for our puppy they said it was our responsibility to do so and they didn't even gave us onother puppy .
I sign a contract with Telkom in 2018 febuary Valentine special WiFi of 30 G for R200 per month .i only recieve 30 G for the first month and after i don't know my data doesn't last four weeks it only two weeks but they says its 30G and i only use my phone normal i always at work and i can't carry my Wi-Fi coz its huge i can't put inside my bag .and fun they always send the statement its written is 10G ,5 night 5 day i don't understand and i can't reach them when i tried to call but i did email them but they did respond.
I had a contract of 2 years with Vodacom for Samsung phone.every month we are paying R200 and they put airtime of R120 and R60 to the onother phone coz it two phones .the problem started last year 2019 sometimes they put airtime sometimes not i thought coz I'm not using this contract no daily and i wanted to call them but i forget. Now thise lock down i have aworse scenario that i won't forget from Vodacom. They deduct R1400 from my husband account since he is the one who is paying the account. When he inquired about it they said we subscribes data on the 28 March.suprise surprise i checked my phone sma coz i use the sim card only when its month end from the 1st of the month until that R120 airtime finish.then i go back to my original network normal this airtime time does not even last 1 week and sometimes they don't put this airtime as i said before. What suprise me is that i checked the balance on the 2 April they send it to me was R109 and 1.44G of which i don't understand about this gig and i thought coz they rob us not puting airtime every months while we are paying it and maybe they wants to makes things right because they are robbing us and its lock down they want us not to suffer. I was wrong the nightmare of today They deduct very huge amount. We don't know about this subscription. I started to use thise simcard on the 2April and subscription was done on 28 March
Just doing my advanced certificate at Milpark distance learning im experience difficulties regarding with everything i always called studentservice but no answer ,my log in sudents pass word is no longer working its seem like someone lock out me ,i asked assistant fr them via email but no help its been almost two months now.they told me all activities test and assignments do contribute with 30% in final mark but it seem like they is no such coz some of my marks is 29% yet i did do assignments and test and they don't show you how do they mark it .and im very disappointed because i was so bold with that modules. I call them and ask them to re mark my paper coz i feel like something fishing but when she was checking she hang up on me and she never call me back .Im so disappointed Milpark promise that as a distance learning they will never leave me alone but now im alone ,not even the mansion a huge money i paid for those modules no explanation nothing.
