Useless delivery time…. We have been waiting from Monday for a delivery from the Vaal, and the package is still in the Vaal…. They send out package to Durban by mistake and we had to wait for them to get it back from Durban, so our package went on Holiday cause we don’t stay in Durban but in Mpumalanga… How do you get that wrong???
Still waiting for my refund… I emailed them again and no respons back this week. Looks like im going to lose my money. Will never use this online shop again. We had to drive to a different audio shop to go and buy our goods.
Useless customer service, they cant solve a issue of a NS record. i will take them days to solve the problem and then my customer is without emails. I`m busy moving all my domains away from them. Don`t use them, use Godaddy or AzuraCast.
The business is very bad in making payments. They owe our company money and they just ignore you when you email them. They also dont answer on any whatsapp messages. Dont use them. We will only release their domain when all money is paid.
We ordered 6 laptops from them last week and we have sent proof of payment 3 times already, and every time you ask them were is my order and when will it be delivered, they just keep on asking for proof of payment.
paying over 6 years for home insurance and we never claimed for anything, we tried to claim for our old LED 55" TV and the refuse to pay out any money. Why do I need to pay R280 for insurance and when you try to claim they just refuse to pay out any money. If you have Absa insurance for your house content you are wasting your money and time. save the money you are paying for insurance in a savings account, and when you need to claim, you will have immediate access to funds for a new TV...
I bought computer equipment from this company, they had no stock of the goods and they did not state it on the website. I paid the money via payfast and it took 2 weeks for them to contact me to say that they have only 1 item in stock. I told them to refund me…. Well im still waiting for my money. I told them on the 17th of March to refund my money. Still did not receive my money. Don’t use Raru to buy any goods, you will not receive your goods or your money. I lost a lot of money and im not going to stop till i have my money back.
We did IT work for Panarottis Pizza Witbank, Highveld Mall. They are refusing to pay my company because the owner did not know that they phoned us for IT help, the POST system was offline and customers could not pay for food accounts! we came out to help them on a Saturday and now they don't what to pay us. I did emailed them but they are ignoring any communication. We are still waiting for payment since January 2021!
We bought a new hisense refrigerator for alot of money and 9 months later it broke. We had a tech from hisense at our premises and he did not even test any components of the refrigerator. We are now demanding that we get refunded so that we can buy a samsung that will work and have excellent after sales service . We need this resolved asap
I made a payment for my LTE service and webafrica is refusing to activate my LTE services. I have contacted webafrica and a rude consultant disconnected our support session without resolving the matter. Webafrica is now refusing my LTE service that i have paid and that is against the law. I will take this matter further if it cant be resolved. I need the internet back before end of business today
