I e-mailed Tracker in July 2025 to change my banking details, which took them a month to process, therefore, the installment was a month in arrears. Tracker has taken it upon themselves to debit my account on the 19th August 2025, without any notification or authorization from myself. I have phoned Tracker and they are refusing to refund me and debit my account for the full amount on the ACTUAL debit order date of the 1st of every month. Due to Tracker, my family is now going hungry until my salary is paid. I have subsequently cancelled the "service" from Tracker as I do not want to be affiliated with a company that cares more about money that their clients. Absolutely shocked and disgusted!!!
Good day I was selected to order three items at R1 each, and then make up the difference on the order to qualify for this. I selected my three items and met more than the minimum spend requirement. I have just received my parcel, and none of the R1 items are in there. Is this how you **** your clients? I am not impressed at all. Please advise how you are going to resolve this.
I took a car to Vanos Tech that I was wanting to purchase, just for them to check if it was a good buy. From the get-go, it was made very clear to me that I would be making a big mistake if I purchased the car, so I decided to pass on it. They proceeded to tell me that they had a Mercedes-Benz in their yard that they can sell me. I was advised that it was mechanically sound, had all the bells and whistles, blah, blah, blah. A few mechanical issues were sorted out, but after purchasing the vehicle for R150 000.00, the car kept cutting out in the middle of the road and the engine light kept coming on. They found that the auxi****y battery was not working and replaced that at their own cost. But, after going there for a number of weeks for the engine light, they kept running diagnostic tests on the vehicle and advised that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I have now paid R1000 for an independent company to run a diagnostic test for me and there are a whole string of things wrong with the vehicle, and that the vehicle had been in four accidents. When I took it up with David, he advised me that they are not a panelbeater, so he couldn’t advise me of that information. You’re not a car dealership either, yet you are selling cars!!! I am trying to get rid of this vehicle and I am getting offered between R30 000.00 and R65 000.00. Vanos Tech is avoiding all correspondence and not willing to assist in this matter.
I have sent a number of e-mails to DirectAxis regarding my two personal loans, of which they responded to none of them. I then laid an official complaint, of which they did not respond. Eventually today I phoned them, and after seven phonecalls of either being cut off or being given the runaround to different departments, I finally managed to speak to someone. As we all know, financially, times are tough...fuel has increased, electricity has increased, however our salaries have not. I am currently in credit on both of my loan accounts and have never missed a payment, however I requested for DirectAxis to please assist me financially by taking my current outstanding balance and extending it over the initial loan period, of which they declined. I asked them if there is any way in which they may assist me financially in order to reduce my monthly installment, and they simply advised no. I am never come across a company that has zero consideration for their clients, especially when I was trying to make a plan before it gets to a point whereby I can no longer afford my monthly installment payments. DirectAxis, I am extremely disappointed and disgusted in your customer service, or lack thereof!!!
I ordered two Rain sim cards in December 2019. The one worked, and the other one didn't. I continuously contacted your call centre and sent numerous e-mails, but with no luck. I then started to converse with your employees via Facebook Messenger, however with each day that passed by, I had to re-explain my issue. This has been going on since January 2020, and is yet to be resolved. I ultimately cancelled the one sim card that would not work, and that Rain was unable to assist me with, therefore I am requesting a refund of R500 for the two months that I had the sim card that did not work.
I have two personal loans through FNB (Wesbank and DirectAxis). I have sent multiple e-mails to both entities since 7th March 2021, and although I receive an automated response stating that they will respond within two working days, there is simply no response. I then proceeded to lodge an official complaint with FNB on 17th March 2021, and once again, zero response!!! Your slogan is "How can we help you?"...look after your clients, respond to your e-mails, treat complaints with the utmost sense of urgency...
I have been a consumer of Virgin Money for a number of years now. Since closing that sector down, I was proposed by Absa to move my debt from Virgin Money onto a new card managed by Absa Bank. I went through the whole process only to have Absa decline my transfer. I have never posed any risk to Virgin Money, and therefore the same applies to Absa. If you check my track record, I have never missed a payment. I ask you to reconsider your decision before taking this to the Ombudsman for Banking Services.
I found an advert on the Bradlows website this mornning for a Dell Inspiron Notebook Bundle, with a photo illustrating the laptop, laptop bag and a mouse. I thought this deal was really good and went to Bradlows during lunch to purchase this deal. Upon opening the box instore, it was found that there is no mouse included. According to the salesperson, the mouse is not included, and nowhere does it state that there is a mouse included. Hmmm, it never stated that the bag was included either but it was in the picture, and I got it. I see this as false advertising on Bradlows side, I am extremely disappointed.

I have sent all of my paid up letters and clearance certificate to Transunion a number of times, however the e-mails are read, and then ignored. I would really like to for this to be resolved as soon as possible please.
