Terrible service, please be careful... After purchasing a RC Land Rover Defender crawler in 2023 for a substantial price the car almost broke immediately (gears). It has since been back to Grand Prix models 3 times (each time at a cost to repair). It has been in their "workshop" since last January (1 year) and they keep telling me the parts are on their way. There has been no updates or feedback from the shop and they were happy to take my money for the repair. I know this unit has issues as we have seen other people bringing their units in for repair yet they continue to sell them en mass.
Stay away, poor poor service. Have heard the same from others. By now with Outsurance I would’ve been paid out and had my window fixed. The incident was almost 1 week ago.

Iwyze and in general Old Mutual service has dropped dramatically. No response from Iwyze on any Gap Cover Claims after repeated requests for over a month.
FNB Private Bank has clearly overextended their Slow Lounge benefit and now trying to cut back. Be careful when visiting any FNB Slow Lounge. They have now added extra hoops and want you to be on a certain eBuck status to qualify for your free annual lounge visits. Crazy when you see the price you pay for your account per month. Such a small benefit but seriously considering moving everything to Discovery Bank. Silly move FNB
Do not buy their swim shorts. I’ve bought them 3 times and each time they fade after 2/3 swims and their Old Khaki branding peels off. For R500 you can do better.

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL when applying/selling to someone with a Standard Bank Home Loan. Since covid they have aggressively issued home loans and don't have the resources to help process them. Bond was granted in August and we still await for transfer to be lodged (17 November 2020).
I sold my vehicle in 2017 and after numerous requests both via email and telephonically to cancel my Beame Membership I am still receiving phone calls to this date. It's actually bordering on harassment and unbelievable service levels.. Personally I feel they are just ignoring my cancellation request or do not listen to their customers/read their emails.
Massive thank you to Thembi Masemula from the customer care team who was exceptional in her customer support service. She personally escalated my issue and follow up until it was resolved. Super service and greatly appreciated! Makes me happy to be with Outsurance.
