We bought our Mahindra brand new in April 2022, 26 December 2022, whilst my husband and kids were in the car the vehicle just caught fire. Luckily the fire was put out. It is now 26 March & we still dont know why the vehicle burnt & the vehicle is yet to be repaired as there are no parts. Completely ridiculous service & frankly the vehicle is a danger! There were many other things funny with the car, like how rain water would get in through the aerial inside the car, door and window rubbers coming off, lots of rattles- for a brand new car, not worth it.
Went into Telkom to purchase a new device, the service was good but tne manger made the experience very uncomfortable. He was speaking so rudely to staff, also making us wait because he would go into the room at the back and say "I'm busy". It was also strange that the whole shop wore a tag that reads "Trainee". The staff was really helpful but his attitude towards them was awful!
Went to Mediclinic Upinton for a c-section procedure and received such great care and service. The doctors kept me and my husband updated through everything step and the nurses were kind, patient and quick to respond. The hospital is quiet and clean too.
Always get such wonderful service from Faye at Zelco Motors Upington. Best place to take your vehicle for service.
We have been going back and forth with the Glasfit Kuruman for the manufacture & installation of our aluminum windows. We pid for them in October and now they are saying they will only be able to complete them “next year”. We have been given every possible excuse from load shedding, to striking workers, to a break-in and now Covid. It is absolutely ridiculous. We went to them thinking that Glasfit is a well known store in the country and even though we are in a small town, we can expect good service but boy were we wrong. If you have to use them, just weigh your options and don't have any strict timelines because they will disappoint you.
Life Peglarae hospital in Rustenburg used to be the best hospital in Rustenburg but I cannot believe how that place has changed. My sister was admitted for c section delivery there and after the birth was taken to ICU and eventually passed on. The place has traumatised our family; When we went to fetch my sisters child, he was still in the clothes he wore the day before so was clearly not bathed, they also informed us that the birth certificate forms had to be filled in at the public hospital and because of this, my sister never got to sign them and the child was without a birth certificate for 2 weeks whilst we dealt with the funeral, at the ICU it seemed that anyone could just enter, in our case even non family members were allowed to see my sister, and on going to identify the body, we had to go in two's because of "COVID controls" and the nurse was extremely rude to a family who just found out they lost their daughter who had just left them with a new born and child under 2yrs old. I wouldn't dare advise anyone to go to that hospital, it has really bruised us.
Received such wonderful service as well as empathy when enquiring on my deceased sisters estate and the process to follow as well as claiming from the funeral cover. Thank you to the consultants for being so considerate and understanding that those are calling are emotionally vulnerable.
I have been trying to reach MFC deceased estates for weeks. The waiting time is prolonged and when you finally reach them, the assistance is not even there. It was quite disappointing trying to reach them after going through the loss of my sister. For a department meant to deal with such a sensitive matter, they really need to improve their service.

Such a horrible experience dealing with the online service. Before you can even enquiry they already ask if you called before, call this number, we are still within the 72hrs response time. Never ordering from there ever again
