Actually deserve 0 stars. The tracking states that my parcel has been delivered however, I have not received any parcel. I called them twice so far and they have refused to be helpful at all. This is absolutely frustrating and very unprofessional. They state that I have to wait for 48 Hours to get feedback. My parcel would be long gone in 48 Hours. The call center agents are of no help whatsoever and the driver didn't even bother to confirm identity or to call me when he supposedly delivered the parcel. Do not use this courier company.
Currently having the worst experience with Gold Reef City Casino Hotel. We have booked 2 rooms well in advance and was asked to make payment upfront. I have paid for both reservations in full and have even received confirmation via email that the funds were allocated. Now when we have reached the hotel, from Durban, we are being told that they cannot find the payments on their side. Is this how Gold Reef City conducts business?
This is the second time that I am experiencing terrible service from Takealot.com so I am writing this review. I placed an order on the 05/07/2025 for delivery. The order was supposed to be delivered on the 08/07/2025. On the 08/07/2025 my order was automatically rescheduled to be delivered on the 09/07/2025. On the 09/07/2025 The app updated that my order is out for delivery. At 09:55 i received a call from the Takealot delivery driver claiming that my order is rescheduled again and that I won't receive delivery. I called the Takealot call center which was of no help at all. I tried calling the Chatsworth Hub but the phone keeps going to Voicemail. I contacted the driver and asked him for a contact number for the Hub and he said that he can get his boss to call me as he doesn't have the number for the Hub. I have made arrangements to receive the delivery today as I am away from tomorrow. This is extremely unprofessional. I am an avid buyer from Takealot.com but it seems that the service is going downhill. Not a Happy customer at all.

Absolutely disgusting and terrible company to deal with. STAY AWAY. These people **** you out of your money. You purchase an item on their website, which says in stock, and after days of trying to get feedback on the order you are told that they don't have stock. Now it's impossible to obtain a refund from them because they do not answer the phone nor respond to any emails or messages.
STAY AWAY from this online store. There is absolutely no customer service at all. They take your money and then offer no assistance. I have placed an order on the 26th of November and have received no updates as yet. It takes forever for them to answer the phone and when they do, they are absolutely no help at all. They do not respond to emails. I am currently considering getting my legal team involved. Skip the hassle and drama and stay away from this online store.
Zero Customer service from Game. I have placed an online order on the 29th of November 2024 for delivery. My order was split and part of the order was delivered on the 30th of November. The balance was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd of December 2024 as per the mail that I have received. Everytime I enquire about the delivery, there is no help at all. Now I am being told that the product is at their warehouse in Cape Town and I will just have to wait. This is holding up the renovations that I am currently doing and I am not receiving any updates at all. This is really unprofessional.
This is the worst network service provider to deal with. Customer service does not exist. They are actually pathetic. They have a Whatsapp line which you will only receive a response from after many many hours of waiting. They are extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone.
I have placed an order with Pick n Pay via Mr D and it was supposed to be delivered at 12:05. It is now 14:15 and I have not received the order nor have I received an update. I sent 3 queries, to which I have received no response. I finally decided to chat on the Mr D whatsapp line, where an absolutely unprofessional person named Sihle received my complaint. I was just told that the store has an influx of walk in customers and that they cannot give me a timeline in which I will receive my order. When I rep**** with "that's very unprofessional " Sihle ended the chat. Is this how your customers are treated? I had plans today that is why I ordered my items to be delivered within that time. I now had to cancel my plans because the order could pitch up at any time. This is disgusting service.
We have a business account with Nedbank and at the beginning there were so many promises about service levels however nothing has come to pass. The terrible service from the business banker is disgusting. He blatantly ignores emails and has no regard for professionalism. I have a second business which has an account at Standard Bank and the service level is worlds apart.
