I bought a cup late last year from Seattle Coffee at Mulbarton its cost me R480.00 now the cup is not working the mechanism inside the lid is not functioning anymore. I have left my cup at the shop with a lady called Miemie its been 2 days and I have still not have any feedback from head office. Is this the after sale service Seattle Coffee offers?
I called Toyota SA on Monday at 8:33 to ask for assistance with the wi-fi that is not working in my car, I get a reference number and get told 5-6 hours. Its Wednesday and I have to call Toyota again! I phoned at 8:31 and was told the previous reference number has expired they will send a new reference number and it will be escalated, its 9:11 and still nothing. The after service from Toyota is very disappointing! I cant even speak to the technical team direct! Why make all these promised when you buy the vehicle and then its all lies
We have renewed our licence fee and I have an email confirming my payment yet my Pastel (product) needs a new registration number? I have been on the phone for more than 15min with no joy!!!! I am wasting my airtime and Pastel does not have a toll free or shared number, for such a big an expensive organisation this service is ridicules.

I took out a contract with WebAfrica July 2021 then I cancel my contract 3 years later and at my cost I have to return the router back to WebAfrica. During my cancellation process WebAfrca keeps on talking about a cancellation fee which i dispute all the time. I get confirmation that they have received the router and then they ***** R999.00 from my bank account. I did not authorise for them to debit my account! The consultant that was assisting me with my dispute for the cancellation fee could not find anywhere that i signed up or on my contract that i am liable for the cancellation fee!. What gives WebAfrica the right to take money off of my account without my authorisation?
The installation was done at my house July 2023 and the process has been an absolute nightmare! I live, breath, walk and talk Gosolr that they should pay me for my timer an effort! I have a trail of emails, whatsapps and more dating back to last year! Gosolr think they are bigger and better than the man on the street! I have spent so much more money in this year on electricity due to poor service from Gosolr and they avoid at all cost to admit their fault!
I place and order with uber eats my card gets debited. Then my order is delayed and then it gets canceled. What the hell???? I can't get holdnof uber eats or chicken licken @ mall of the south
