I could count the fries on my hand which was literally less then 10 fries paid nearly 50 for nacho fries which was 10 fries in the box and got two small pieces of chicken. KFC WATERGATE!!!!
I contacted you guys regarding my washing machine and I haven’t received any communication back from you guys this is the second time my machine does the same thing and it seems like a common problem!!!
Extreme disappointed in the costumer service from Pedro’s promenade. On sat I placed an order with Pedro Promenade . Upon arrival from the driver handed the food and I opened it infront of the driver! O then asked the driver where the missing items is he then said there’s nothing he can do about it I need to lay a complain to it’s the store. I then sent a complain as this is items I paid for!!!! On Monday I received a call from Lisa and she asked me about the missing items she then asked me few information which I have given with no hesitation. She then asked old me the manager will contact me later that day. No calls from the manager at all for 3 days. I then decided to contact the store and the person that answered is the person that phoned me I told her I never received contact back from you guys regarding my missing things!!! She then said she will contact the manager as the manager is not in store right now but I told her if I didn’t receive fed back by 2 will contact again. I contacted the store the evening and spoke to someone else not sure about the name. Person said she’ll contact me back never received any call back since Thursdays!!! Nothing was replaced at all at this point I’m frustrated and feel that they *****ing from costumers and customer complaints is not there number one priority. This is things I paid for and not gotten .
Bought a bag of Frimax snappers and it taste old and like metal(grass) disappointed as this is my sons school chips as part of his lunch box!!! Very disappointed!!!! This is not the first time I came across this problem with frimac!!!
I’m so disappointed yesterday I bought a bread from you Usave just to come across the whole bread being moldy!!!!!!! Always a blue ribbon person!!! I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted as this leads up to my son not having lunch today due to the bread being moldy!!!!!!

Your service is disgusting!!!!! App**** for two pot system on the 7 September!!! It’s been more then 20 days and their turn around time is supposedly twenty days!!!! I’ve been contacting them and everybody has different excuses onto why this is taking this long. On Friday morning I phoned and was told my things is by sars. I then contacted sars and was told no application has reached them yet. I phoned back and was then told it’s by redirectery and they can’t say when money is being paid out!!! Bear in mind that the turn around is over!!!! This is the most pathetic place to invest your money with I'm fed up with them!!!They don’t have answers for you and every agent has a different story!!!! How do you have a turn around time but don’t keep up with your turn around time? People app**** after me and their money is up already yet I never received mine!!!!
I’m so annoyed with your app I put the pampers diapers in the cart. Which my total came to R350 when clicking on checking out the total changed R530 which is daylight ******* as within the cart and while checking out it showed something different however when payment went off it was a different total!!! This is disgusting!!!! Never came across any app that did this before
I app**** sent my cv aswell as my qualifications to this foundation. I received a call from them in January to say they’ll add me in a group on WhatsApp the following week. I then waited and haven’t received any group add. I then decided to email them and ask what’s happening with the WhatsApp group as I wasn’t added yet. The lady responded with she added me and sent the number she used to add me on I then told her that an incorrect number and then added the correct one into the email.I then never received a response back thinking they’ll correct it and add me with no luck at all. I then emailed again few days after with no response whatsoever from them. I feel this is very unfair as I had my hopes up high! I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this to anybody in the future.
