I Purchased a "leather" bag from My Leather Bags and I received what I can only describe to be a plastic or pleather bag. I told her that I didn't want a voucher as I didn't want to buy **** leather products and she is yet to respond to me a week later. Don't ever buy anything from My Leather Bags - they are **** - their internet page may look like real leather, but that as far as the leather bags go. I purchased a MHC Outdoor Aluminum Compact Ladder, Heavy Duty Ladder on 13 Sept and it was delivered on 17 Sept. On 02 Oct I logged a return (within the 14 working days policy) 11 days after it was delivered to me and my return was rejected (Order Number OD435455593234761100). I have emailed your customer services team on a few occassions and the last correspondence (was an escalation) was sent to me on 17 Oct. 4 weeks later still no feedback.

I requested information on when my Tracker can be cancelled in May (via email). I followed up again in June, July and August and still my account is being debited with the amount. At the end of August I cancelled my debit order…now I am being billed for my debit order not going off…
Dr Cornelissen is an amazing Rheumatologist. She took on my case when my dr’s in Singapore were unable to give me a diagnosis. She has taken very good care of me and had always looked after my best interests . She is an amazing Rheumatologist. I would highly recommend her.
Not even worth 1 star… I took out a fixed line data contract with MTN in Jan only to find out that the area I was living in was not getting any signal. After 3 months of Mtn trying, I told MTN due to no service being available or delivered to cancel my contract (note…end of April. 5 months later..I am still waiting on my refund. NB there is still a debit order coming off my bank account
